my new firm has this prerequisite that pan shud be linked with uan, although I did send request, my old firm is saying, site cannot be loaded so they can approve through digital signature, they say it is site issue and when i visted epfo office, they say that service is not fully active as software migration happened, idk what to do , anybody facing same issue?

I am moving to different rented place tomorrow which is not mentioned in BGV and if FA team visited the address mentioned i.e the place I used to leave and don't find me there will create an issue, although the new rented place I am moving is in the same town and hardly 2 kms away
