1976 was 50 years ago!!!

I just bought a bottle of Jelly nail polish at the dollar store. Do you have any tips of how to apply this? Is it supposed to be very shear or more opaque? It is a watermelon color leaning towards red when it is more opaque.

Also how do you get the jelly effect with regular nail polish?

I just read from the news that taxpayers of Virginia Beach essentially paid for 45% of the new Atlantic Park attraction and now they need more money from somewhere else for AP to pay its debt because it didn’t make the revenue expected. Every time we turn around the city if using taxpayer money to fund another big project. Does it seem to anyone else that since we are making investments in all these projects , the city should send us a dividend check each year? What do you think?

Thinking of buying a condo or townhouse in the next couple years and wonder how you practice on that situation without disturbing neighbors. Do you look for an end unit or use a special mute? Any tips are appreciated. Thanks.

Is there a class you can take to learn how to write orchestration? Or is that included in some music degree? I’ve always created orchestration in my head but would love to know how to get it on paper.

I have almost zero experience working in the medical field (except for volunteering in a hospital when I was in high school). I’m interested in becoming a medical biller and /or coder. The local college has an accredited AAPC program for about 6-7k. I told my hairdresser about this aspiration and she was concerned that when I got thru the program AI would be taking all the jobs in this field. Now I’m unsure of what to do 🫤. Do you have any insights about the future of this field relating to AI?

My other idea is to take a real unofficial online course thru Stratford Career Institute in Medical Assisting and see if I can get my foot in the door as a receptionist and eventually work my way into billing later. What do you think?

I’m seriously considering this field and am looking for a good training /certification program. Online asynchronous classes would be a plus. I live in Virginia. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also if any programs are NOT so great let me know so I can avoid them. I’m looking at Bryant & Stratton but they are getting some bad reviews.
