Seeing the state of mppsc, how would it be if I prepare for UPPSC?

I am M28. I took two drops after 12th and after graduation I have a gap of 3.5 years for UPSC preparation. Last year I got involved in my father's business. He has a scrap business and earns 3 lpm. But he is a narcissist and I am not enjoying this business much

My equals 8/6/7. Tell me what can I do now? Shall I start preparing for CAT for MBA or stay in business for few more years and go for executive MBA or any skills I can learn to secure a decent future. I am tensed now and need guidance. Please help

I am M27, currently into business. My graduation is in bsc agriculture. I am thinking of targeting IIM Ahmedabad or Lucknow ABM course. But I have some gap years and also my 12th percentage is not good it's 65% . Please tell me what to do now. Is it too late for MBA?
