Ever since the latest update (iOS 1.100.0), the app will join the VPN initially, but then automatically disconnect whenever I try to update my playlist. Along with this, my playlists do not update correctly. Is anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: It also says server response is in incorrect format. Every channel I have loaded works normally, but channels and channel categories won’t update.

EDIT 2: I have kept the app at 1.99.0 on my iPad and it works perfectly fine; this leads me to believe it’s a bug with the latest update.

EDIT 3: It seems to work fine when connected over Wi-Fi, but it was having issues when trying to update over cellular connection while out and about.

I’m looking to sell my RetroTINK 5X as I really only use it for a N64, and I’m looking to get an Analogue 3D or M64 in the near future, so I won’t really need it.

I do still use it to capture old VHS home videos to my computer, but other than that, it really hasn’t been used that much lately. I’ve got a few more VHS home videos to rip, so I can’t do the sale until after that (which should be sometime this coming week).

It’s in good condition. It is not updated to the latest firmware, but that’s not hard for most people to do (since I’m mainly a Mac user, it is somewhat of a pain for me to do). It comes with the power cable and adapter as well as the original remote.

I’m wrestling with getting either a M64 or an Analogue 3D. The deciding factor for me could boil down to one thing which was recently made capable on the 3D, namely, internal horizontal upscaling.

I know many will disagree with me, but I think a cleaned up, smoothed out, and filled in look that comes from internal upscaling looks way better than any simulated CRT look.

Obviously, emulators can do this better than any dedicated hardware, but I want something that still feels like a real console…that I can just hook up to my TV, pop in a cartridge, turn on, and start playing.

My question is will the M64 also have the ability to do internal upscaling? Secondly, has that capability been released yet and/or when do you think they’ll add it? Finally, could the M64 add both vertical and horizontal internal upscaling? That would look amazing.

So, the footage of the 1.5 update looks really good…almost as good as lower level emulation. I’m just wondering if even greater levels of internal higher resolution rendering are possible?

Personally, I’d really like a device that plays and feels like real hardware, but looks prettier and cleaner like an emulator. The 1.5 update certainly moves closer to that, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to get even closer.

I’d really love to find a retractable, darker yellow (I.e., non-fluorescent) highlighter. I’m just wondering if there is such a highlighter in existence. Thanks in advance.

I’m going to ODS very soon and was just wondering about getting what uniforms I can ahead of time, as well as how many of each type to get.

1. Which types of uniforms or components (i.e., boots, parkas, shirts, etc.) would you recommend getting only brand new, and which ones do you think would be fine to get used? My gut is to get the nicer uniforms (e.g., the dress blues and dress whites) tailored to fit, but others (e.g., p.t. uniforms) to get used.

2. How many of each uniform should I get? For instance, I’ve heard 2 Khakis are enough, but others recommend getting more.

3. Where can I order stuff, whether used or new, in advance? I just want to make sure everything I get is within proper regulations, authorizations, etc.

We had a family trip to Universal yesterday. I and my immediate family all wore Canes t-shirts and a couple of us had hats as well.

Definitely saw a few other Canes fans (one already had a championship hat) and had several more say “Go Canes!”.

One man from Vegas came up and congratulated our team; we shook hands and exchanged pleasantries.

I was wearing a Hartford Whalers hat that one of the workers on the Hagrid’s ride asked about; she seemed a little let down when I told her that it was because I’m a Canes fan and love the Whalers because of the legacy. Still, it was cool that she noticed it

A couple of Rangers fans said congrats on the cup and that we were welcome for Miller.

One person said he was glad we beat Vegas, to which I replied “let’s run it back this coming year!” I then discovered that he was a Florida Panthers fan.

All in all, it was a great day indirectly celebrating our Stanley Cup win.

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else has tried using XEMU. I’ve tried playing around with the settings, but no matter what I do, it runs the CPU to 90+° C on my brand new M5 MacBook. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

A couple of things stood out to me last night.

1. MTL’s breakouts. It was absolutely atrocious how we would let one or more of their players so easily get behind our defense with tons of space to boot.

2. MTL’s passing. MTL’s passing, particularly on the first and third goals they scored, is dang near flawless. Even in some of the plays that didn’t result, they didn’t just sling the puck out and hope someone got it…it usually went right to where the other player was and they were able to corral them. Why don’t we pass like this? The one pass of ours that looked close to this came on the assist to Robinson, but this has to be the NORM for us, not the EXCEPTION.

3. MTL’s overall timing. Again, along with the passing, the corresponding shots were right on time (and unfortunately, in the net). Included in this is the Slafkovský goal; can we get any of our players to handle the puck and shoot like that? Can we get our timing down like that? And correspondingly, can we disrupt their timing, even if we need to go full on “Kyle McLaren” or even “Todd Bertuzzi” on these guys? Ok, ok…I don’t actually want us to do that…but I’d be lying if I said I don’t feel a great deal of rage towards MTL after last night.

Obviously, there is much more to Montreal’s game than the breakouts. But the breakouts are where they really shined. How do we prevent these? And they seemed to do a better job at keeping us out of the middle of their zone than we did keeping them out of the middle of ours.

How is it that a team like the Flyers (obviously inferior to us) seemed to have MTL’s number?

Are their top guys just that much faster and more skilled than we are?

What adjustments do we need to make for Game 2 moving forward?
