After reaching my goal weight on the lowest dose of tirz and feeling pretty miserable through all 42 lbs i decided to go on Glp1 for maintenence. It's compounded with B12. I took my first dose Sunday night and I feel nothing. I went on fat scientist and determined that I should take 13 units. The instructions on the bottle said to use 25 units. Since I ordered from a pharmacy that I had never of, Pharmaneek out of Indianapolis i thought that I should go with what fat scientist told me to go with. Anyone else have any dealings with this particular pharmacy?

I'm switching from Tirzepatide 2.5 to Glp1 with

B12. The color of the contents in all 3 vials is red. Is that the color of the B12? Can I expect worse side effects than I have experienced with straight Tirzepatide or less? I have lost 42lbs with Tirzepatide and would like to go on a maintenance dose with the GLP1. Will I be able to maintain my weight loss on the GLP1? Thank you.
