“It’s clear Donald Trump, who avoided active duty himself, couldn’t care less about the health and safety our service members. Congress needs to do its job and hold this administration accountable,” Senator Gallego posted X.

U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams, Miami issued a ruling on a lawsuit brought by Donald Trump against the IRS as an improper effort to manipulate the court and sanctioned Trump’s attorneys.

Judge Williams referred Coral Gables lawyer Alejandro Brito to The Florida Bar for disciplinary action, and forwarded findings regarding Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to New York disciplinary authorities.

IMHO, this is necessary and long overdue. Trump’s attorneys cannot be allowed to fill up the dockets of our courts without penalty. This is the only way to make our courts more efficient.

This action helps to ensure Attorneys give consideration and advice with a 360 view point prior to impeding the courts docket.

Trump Brands Alaska Senator a "Traitor" After She Torpedoes His AG Pick - U.S. Breaking News. IMHO, Trump will view anyone that has a moral compass as a traitor.

Senator Murkowski has made the right decisions many times. I bet she will say they are EASY decisions.

We know they can be of great consequence to her.
It is clear, Trump has tried to hijack her party and our flag.

Murkowski is one the greatest examples of fortitude in her party.

The thing is, her vote and her decision should have been par for the course for all on them.

This is the dilemma.

We need to change the balance of power in Congress with our vote in November 2026.

Trump signs orders to limit US birthright citizenship, despite Supreme Court ruling. Donald Trump is a birthright citizen of the U.S.

IMHO, Trump is proof of the dangers of birthright citizenship.

In spite of him, our Constitution will prevail.

Whom is coaching Trump on this agenda? Do the co-conspirators include a sitting Supreme Court Justice?

The repetitive court filings and counter filings that Trump has enabled or instigated impede the efficiency of our courts.

SCOTUS has already ruled on this issue for this POTUS.

SCOTUS as well as lower federal courts can impose financial or professional sanctions under Rule 38 or Rule 11 for frivolous or bad-faith litigation.

IMHO, It is time for the attorneys to face damages.

Trump blasts Pirro after she refutes his claim that Reflecting Pool was damaged by vandals

"Trump is mad at Pirro because she finally admitted what we made clear in our legal filings all along: Trump's botched renovation was responsible for the damage — not Davey Hearn," the legal team said in a statement. "However, her claim that she and her office were previously duped by Interior is nonsense. Starting immediately after the arraignment, our motions repeatedly proved that the administration was to blame for the Reflecting Pool failures, not Davey."

Trump on Saturday also posted a nearly four-minute video that appears to have been taken from a security camera, in which three individuals can be seen with their hands in the pool, including one for an extended period.

The president claimed the video shows "material is being cut with a knife or a box cutter, for all to see!"
It's not clear from the video, which appears to be shot from some distance, that any vandalism occurred. Workers can also be seen standing nearby and don't appear to notice the people sticking their hands in the water.

In May, Trump announced plans to beautify the Reflecting Pool this spring. Virginia-based Atlantic Industrial Coatings was awarded a $14.7 million no-bid contract to repaint and waterproof the pool's concrete floor.

Trump is not funny. He has already discussed running for a 3rd term with intention of doing so. Making it a joke and now calling it a 4th term…WTF!?!

Trump complimenting the press and even suggesting an additional term is now a joke and should make every ask “what coat is he wearing” TODAY.

This…along with the “deals” he has made recently where he has changed the terms post agreement is his status quo with one exception…

Let’s call “his” Tony Schwartz written book,
“The Art of the Steal”

US House passes war powers resolution directing Trump to withdraw US military from Iran

Trump does not get to decide the Constitutionality of this vote. He is 100% wrong. These are the Representatives voted into Congress by the people.
We empowered them with and to use our vote.

This body is a co-equal branch of our Government.
Only Congress can declare War. Trump has exceeded his “conflict response” timeline .

This needs to advance to the Supreme Court now.
A POTUS does not decide Constitutionality.

“Let me be clear: this body has already spoken. The war powers resolution passed with bipartisan support in the House and the Senate. The Trump administration was required to end its hostilities against Iran. It has not,” Meeks said.
He added that he planned on introducing legislation to compel Mike Johnson, the House speaker, to sue Trump to force his compliance with the resolutions. Johnson is a close ally of Trump, and any such measure is unlikely to advance in this Congress.
The resolution’s passage came a day after House Republicans advanced both a $95bn budget blueprint that will chiefly be spent on military needs related to the Iran war, and a $1.15tn defense spending bill.

Trump Wants ABC and NBC Stripped of Their Broadcast Licenses — Here's What He Can and Can't Actually Do - U.S. Breaking News

Really? Where are our Congressional Representatives on this?

Trump has no place in calling for the revocation of broadcast licenses of any network. He is openly attempting to censure these networks because they did not want to air his election interference speech.

EVERY REPUBLICAN that remains silent on Trump’s statement is ok with a POTUS attempting to overrule our Constitutional right to FREEDOM of SPEECH.

We need to see and hear some real Republican steps to censure this POTUS.

If they do not take action on the behalf of their constituents, they need to be replaced with our vote on November 3rd.
