If you got liposuction and gained weight after the surgery, does the fat return to the same place it was removed or it just goes to other body parts?

I’m 10 months post and lately I’ve been getting a lot of dry mouth throughout the day and also when I sleep. I’m not a mouth breather and I definitely don’t sleep with my mouth open, the only thing I can think of is some type of air flow change caused by the surgery. I drink a lot of water during the day and at night whenever I wake up my mouth is completely dry. The worst part is I’m getting loads of cavities on my teeth (not common for me, I’ve had like one in the past and that was it) and according to Google it might be due to the dryness.

Has this happened to anyone else?

My husband (38) had a DVT last year in January and was put on apixaban shortly after. A few months later he was diagnosed with APS but then the nurse said she wasn’t sure if he had it.

In June last year he began having pains on his stomach which a gp doctor said it was most likely IBS. Then last month we had to go to A&E because he woke up with the strongest pain he ever felt in his life in his upper stomach, he was cold sweating and rolling in pain.

ER doctor said it was most likely gallstones but they wouldn’t do an ultrasound and we had to see the GP for that. He did the ultrasound yesterday and we are waiting for the results. Last week while we were in Poland he got and mri done to check if there was something else going on besides gallstones and this is what the exam found:

CONCLUSIONS: A small hypervascular lesion in the 7th segment of the liver (5 mm) with an associated area of THAD - likely FNH or a small vascular fistula; a hemangioma (5 mm) and a cyst (4 mm) in the liver. An elongated right liver lobe (anatomical variant). Striped artifact in the lumen of the gallbladder (7x1 mm) - a small calculus cannot be ruled out; ultrasound verification is indicated. Borderline spleen (125 mm). A fatty lesion in the left kidney (6x4 mm), likely AML, and small cysts in both kidneys (Bosniak I).

Could all those findings in his liver be caused by the blood thinner? Or whatever is there could have caused the DVT in the first place? Anyone ended up with liver problems due to blood thinners?

He’s still taking apixaban and has been taking omeprazole for over 2 months

He doesn’t drink and his diet is good (no fast food or takeaways etc)
