Firstly sorry for not posting for so many days I have kept my diet up ! I just was too tired at the end to post for the past 4 days my mom is sick
So for past few days my diet was almost the same but I have decided to not eat the soya roti it sucks and it’s a torture to eat although it was quite filling I rather starve
My daily protein has taken a bit till avg is around 85g I will try to increase it
I am normally eating around 1500 calories now
5 to 7 eggs boiled and air fried like normal
I also made this soya chunks air fried very tasty I must say I can eat 200g of this easily in the whole day lol but i am on a budget
I did have a small ice cream (Amul kulfi) only 120 calories guys can u believe it!?
I have also felt my increase in strength like the 8kg dumbbells feel a lot lighter and reps feel easier also dead hangs r easier but I gotta work on my form and grip (tbh squeezing boiled soya chunks is a good grip workout )
I can now lift the 10kg dumbbells but only for 3 to 4 reps I will, be working on my muscle imbalance soon
