Rent Vs Buy Debate At Current Prices ?
Currently any spacious 3BHK is available for at least 2.5 Cr plus+
In current scenario i have seen past few year rent has increased a little bit but no so significant.
My Calculations:
Assuming i am paying 1 Lakh Rent per mont ( Keeping this at higher Side ) So in year 12 Lakh , in 10 Years 1.2 Cr adjusted inflation and other things lets round of it to 1.5 cr.
Now Buying and committing my life savings for a flat and taking loan so finally value will come 3.5cr even 4 cr, after paying loan.
10 Years 1.5 cr rent and having financial freedom, at current scenario i find renting make senses, unless i have 2 cr for disposal and want to invest it.
