So we had a case against a tenant who didn’t pay for 6 months (2 cheques bounced) we submit the case and after all the hearings we win and he has to pay all the legal fees , DEWA and the rent until they will move out of the premise.
But now we have asked politely by when they will move out so we have a plan etc . And as expected they don’t reply the messages neither calls , what is the next step ? I saw online that you need a lawyer to take the money ? (The tenant is Saudi national , so travel ban I don’t know if they can put him )
(They have to pay around 100k )

Yesterday I almost hit a G WAGON that was on the phone to his ear . Changed 3 lanes because he forgot to take the exit apparently,
I almost stopped the car from 120km on sheikhs zayed road near Jebel Ali port entry 4
You have a G Wagon worth almost 1MILLION Aed and cannot buy a hands free device or Bluetooth ,headphones , Bluetooth inside the car !
Thank god I have good brakes and was alone in the car without my kids.
Really this is not the first time, I have seen similar cases ,

I recently put a security deposit for Jetour G700 at the showroom for 10k (after I pay they inform me that is not refundable if I don’t buy the car ) in the end i didn’t buy it. I get something less expensive
How I can get my refund back ? Can I inform them or pass to someone else ? I’m a mortgage buyer , so maybe as well if the bank reject the application
Anyone with same experience? Anyone get the deposit back to give to someone else ?

Edit :
I just had a call and they inform me that I cannot get the refund until and unless the mortgage has been declined or I lose my job

So I have to find a way to get a rejection letter from the bank
