You're in your own bubble. Your own world. You've got about 30 minutes to immersive yourself in a fantastical universe until you have to return to the real world.

You press play on the first episode on a title from your Saves list.

Sit back, relax...

And then...

BAM!

You're back to the real world, conscious and aware, abruptly interrupted by a sudden, jarring inclusion.

Bubble is now involuntarily popped.

So!

Question being!

What is this inclusion for you?

In my book, can it say:

"She looks a lot like Jessica Simpson."

"I hate 'Girlfriend' by Avril Lavigne!"

"They went to have lunch at McDonald's."

"Let's take my Cybertruck!"

I see some books mention products, businesses, celebrity names, but I'm not aware of its extent or if there is any.

Can anyone explain with this?

New to the technical and legal stuff.

If I were to insert a song - literally any song, like: Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees for example.

But have a local artist cover the song acapella/without the original music, and credit the original artist/songwriters/producers, would I be able to use this?

Or would I still need the rights?

Despite having an Apple product for a year, I am not well versed in Apple products whatsoever.

I have a seller who has an iPhone 13, 128gbs for 100$.

He claims it's brand new, but had to replace the battery.

I'm just sitting on it, and thinking it over, and wondered if anyone here has a second opinion.

Is this a good buy?

Is it a pass?
