It blows my mind that he’s been able to maintain employment here as DC this long. The only DC’s I can think of that might have been worse than him were Al Holcomb and Billy Davis. The difference is those guys lasted 1-2 years as DC where Rallis has been here since 2023. Let Teryl Austin call D.
Recently hit another plateau again. Was thinking about trying singles(5 sets of 1). Anyone have any positive experience doing them? Typically I have only gone as low as 3 reps for working sets with high weight.
I am open for dialogue but it seems like most the time it is just trolling or some argument that is clearly untrue. How do you feel about them?
I recently got diagnosed with hemochromatosis. I haven’t started getting the blood draws yet but I completely changed my diet(went vegetarian) and the amount of iron I consume is negligible at best. My ferritin numbers were 1,900 so with that being said if I got blood draws done twice a week how long do you think it would take to get to normal levels? My wife and I were told by our fertility doctor(doing IVF) that we should wait until my levels are normal before we fertilize the eggs.
Not my dog but I couldn’t help but post
What bond movie do you think showed the best relationship between James Bond and Q?
Am I the only one who thinks 98.7 is beating a dead horse? We know what miles bridges did. He is a sun now. Whether you like that or not it seems pointless to continue bringing up was trading for him a mistake when we haven’t even seen him play for us yet.
Anyone else find it funny how republicans believe in meritocracy while at the same time being anti-immigration for fear of their jobs being taken?
So what do you think the expectations are for this guy? I read he can’t shoot 3’s. What do you think his long term ceiling is? Not familiar with his game.
I’ve been lifting for about 20 years and for whatever reason I’ve never taken creatine up until about 3 weeks ago. In that span of time I’ve added 15 pounds to my bench press(was 335 now it’s 350) and even after my new PR I felt like I could have did 355-360. Anyone else have these types of quick gains from creatine and why isn’t it pushed more for lifters?

For those of you who are a little nerdy like myself Robert Redford was president in the watchmen universe. How do you think he would have been or what policies do you think he would have pushed if he was president in our universe?
I think it’s pretty garbage that 2k punishes players who play great individually and team wise for losing when the teammates are ass. Your bar shouldn’t drop if YOU weren’t the problem.
Are there any former presidents that you wish would have been apart of another presidents cabinet or went into the senate or congress(could even be local government)? If so what presidents and what positions do you wish they would held? Maybe even a why 🤷
