trying to install a new driver update for my intel CPU but I keep getting an 'error code 8', but my CPU should be compatible with the driver I installed?

I run a 13th gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700F on Windows 11, and I'm trying to play Forza Horizon 6. But I keep getting issues with regards to low streaming bandwidth. And earlier the game recommended that I download a new update for my CPU driver. So I download the recommended processor graphics thing and whatnot (Intel 11th - 14th gen processor), but when I tried to run the CPU installer I was given the error code 8. When I searched it up, it meant that my driver may be incompatible with my CPU. Which confuses me, did I do something wrong? And is there any other way I can actually download the driver? I'm quite literally a year behind on my updates.

some psychopath chased me down while I was coming home from work, I passed the abandoned town and he chased me. The sick fuck crashed into some random car head-on and still chased after me, I managed to get away and call the police but I can't properly ID the truck. Can someone help?

I'm still very shook up, I'm sending this post while at Mr. Dumbo D-series' place. Please don't ask anything about the people in the green Bastion, I don't know what happened to them. I'm suspecting that the psychopath was just some deranged lunatic who shouldn't own a license, or one of those gang members who wanted to kidnap me. Either way I'm still shaking when I'm typing this.

spent my day off with Mr. Dumbo Ears D-series, and he showed me this cool spot for photoshoots! So I took my daily instead of my work truck... And I ended up offroading for a good portion, might make a rally build!

Also, checking my photos I took earlier -- did I take a photo of a military vehicle in the last photo? It looks an American Patriot ambulance, is this a museum piece maybe?
