Tried Veyes beauty lash clusters

My natural lashes are SUPER transparent/short and thin. The only lash artist within a 45 minute drive of me charges $160 for a classic set, and they have fallen out within 3 days each time I’ve visited her.

Dying to find a solution - just wanting a natural look, tired of mascara. With every other brand of lash strips/clusters, you could see the band so clearly due to my transparent lashes. I hate that look and I hate having people stare at it when I’m talking closely to them.

Veyes is, so far, the only lash cluster brand I’ve tried that looks natural with my blonde lashes.

There are some residual glue clumps (Its my first time using so getting the hang of it) — but besides that, I’m super impressed,.

The top view shows a seamless blend, the side profile is seamless.

I thought I’d share with everyone. Took maybe 20 minutes all in all for a first time.

this is day one. I’ll update as the week goes on to review on longevity

Baking muffins for my little store

I want to bake jumbo bakery-style muffins for my shop — but curious about a few things.

  1. Can I make the batter in the evening, and bake first thing in the morning if properly stored?
  2. I see a crown muffin pan can help provoke a lip and dome. Is this sufficient enough or does it still require finessing the recipe a bit?
  3. If I store in plastic containers, about how long would they last without preservatives added?

Just curious! Thank you.

This is mainly concerning career, passion and hobbies.

I’m navigating life with a raging free spirit. Accepting opportunities as they come, even if they’re not fulfilling to me. Declining opportunities I don’t have the capacity for. Whatever happens, happens.

But I find myself so lost in what it is I truly want to do. I don’t care if it takes decades to actualize. I don’t know how to find this thing

What I enjoy: Music Clothes Gardening (mainly flowers because I can’t keep veggies alive) Reading Writing Baking treats Films

There are many, many things I enjoy but my issue is….. I love music but have no desire to create it. I love baking but have no desire to become a master baker. I love to read but have no desire writing a book or essays. I love film but I wouldn’t create one. I write but experience fleeting inspiration, which makes it hard to be consistent.

On one hand, I’m okay with doing things I enjoy for the sake of simple pleasure - but on the other, I feel like I’ve succumbed to mediocrity by not trying to be better at my skills.

All I want is to be good at - one thing. That’s my thing and that’s what I love to do. Maybe I’m depressed, because nothing interests me enough to excite me, nothing is exciting to learn or do.

I can’t find it and it’s demoralizing living a life where I want to pour my energy into something, but I see nothing worth that time.

I have no idea what happened. I get my lashes done quite frequently and I’m freaked out. This is the first time I’ve use a particular lash artist - I live literally in the middle of nowhere and there’s only one artist within a 45 minute drive of me.

I woke up shocked. My real lashes are still there but the extensions are GONE. It was $160…….. I paid a $50 tip because I loved her style. I don’t know what to do!!!

The thing is my natural lashes are translucent blonde (I’m a redhead) I think she struggled with it, and also I asked her to use brown lashes… but she only had one set for a volume fill. So she was pulling the fan apart into individuals to make a classic set work. I’ve never had that done before.

My skin gets pretty oily overnight but I’m not sure if this is a contributor or what…. What should I do?
