Why here you ask? The first lyrics are “BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!” Chaos symbols appear in a few Crust and Grindcore bands’ logos. Destroy! is one of my fave bands period- I wondered if there are any other “crusties”out there! Phobia is another one. Any other bands that aren’t Bolt Thrower (WORRRRRLLLLD EATERRRR…) that get down like that?

I am finishing up The Lost And The Damned and I found myself flipping forward just to check for >!Katsuhiro’s!< name! On paper (pardon that), battle-focused books- like Dropsite Massacre, for example, was a bit laborious for me to read. Praetorian of Dorn too. I recently picked up a Ciaphus Cain ebook and from what I have heard- >!the context (unreliable narrator) seems to disqualify it as “just a battle book.”!< Not to diminish the style, because I absolutely could not get enough of what was going on at The Daylight Wall. All the way to Angron… just great stuff.

My question, having kind of rambled about my preferences- I would love to get into The Fall of Cadia, the story sounds intense! However, my eyes tend to blur over the page when there isn’t any dialogue! Would y’all have any recommendations that kind of straddle both- 40k era though. I feel like I have to read as many of the HH books as possible regardless of taste- just asking if anyone feels the same and has recommendations! Thank you and most importantly, SORRY if you read the whole thing.

I've been playing for about 30 years (which puts me at 43 years old). I don’t drink or “touch anything that my spirit can kill”. Whatever that means. Classically trained a long long time ago, started playing grind and crust when I was 13. 80’s cinema was made for indoctrinating guitar players!

Would love to do something in that vein but with an improvisational aspect to it (not just Jamming, but that is always welcome). I would be open to jamming with anyone who digs any of the following:

Vast Aire, Vodul, and El- P dropped the all around Hip-Hop album of the century. Took me years to fully get through it. Amazing stuff. Beautiful beat.
