Teenage niece posts thirst traps on Instagram but only has female followers?

Is it possible that she only has female followers or can they be hidden/curated? Slightly concerned about underage neice posting somewhat spicy pics(no nudes or close to nudes but full body only) on social media, but looking through followers only see female profiles. What's the odds they are heavily moderated or bot/gooner accounts? Not trying to police what she does with her own life but would like to get ahead of anything particularly crazy and have a talk if needed.
