Trying to shift after pulling an all-nighter
I've been thinking about pulling one tonight and I just wanna know if it's somehow easier to shift then preferably without falling asleep.
Anyone here tried that? How did it look?

I know there's probably a lot of questions like this but I can't bother reading them right now.
What I'd want to achieve is be kinda more confident, bust mostly getting my voice to be louder. I've always been very shy and not much of a talker but over time I seemed to kinda grow out of it while my voice still stayed quiet and emotionless.
I've watched the movie Obsession 2 days ago and just thought of this lol
I've tried for 8 fucking months. All I got was a sensation of being touched while doing the starfish method (yes ik it's shit) and I don't even care anymore. at this point I'm just manifesting stuff in my CR and recently I've tried to AP but I have no idea how 💔💔💔
I mean yea allegedly U have to get past the sleep paralysis state BUT:
when it's daytime I'm not tired enough for it
when it's nighttime I'm suddenly too scared to get it
IDEK anymore. I guess I'll just manifest I can shift and allat on command in "this" reality and in a few monts try again
By mastering I mean having lucid dreams atleast every other night.
I've had a few of them already but they just happened as I randomly thought to myself "this is a dream" for no reason. No matter how insane the dream is I never realize it's not real.
It's basically when you deprive yourself from senses. You wear your headphones, play some constant white noise and cover your eyes with anything (people say you should use ping pong balls but anything works).
Apparently when you do this your brain is deprived from senses and that's when you start to hallucinate.
I've heard of it recently and it sounds like a great method to shift.
