Not really sure if this is the right sub for this question but I’ve gotten my first marketing role working in house for an organisation and as a part of that role I’m responsible for creating a lot of our content on Instagram.

Now I’ve always been a pretty private person and don’t post a lot online despite spending a lot of time online and being pretty tapped in. However the content I need to be creating for work I would sometimes be appearing in, or having to approach people to conduct interviews etc.

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with the nervousness that comes with posting online, especially if you’re in the content?

I’m white, live in Australia, was born in Australia and grew up in Australia, so when someone asks where I’m from I would say I’m Australian. It’s also very common for anyone who was born here or grew up here to say they’re Australian, regardless of ethnicity. I’ve noticed this is an American thing too.

I’m wondering if this works for other countries too, like if someone was born, raised and living in say Sweden, would they identify as Swedish even if their ethnic background was something else, for example Chinese.

What if you were racially Brazilian but was born/grew up in Hawaii, do you identify as Hawaiian even though Hawaii has its own ethnic group?

Would like to hear how it works outside of countries that aren’t like Australia or America

I’ve got a client who needs a variety of flyers produced to promote education courses they run. Due to the legal requirements of advertising educational courses/funding/images etc these flyers require a lot of information on them to be compliant.

How do you approach still creating an impactful, legible, visually appealing design when there is so much information to convey?

Would love to see any examples of work people have done to try and understand how to solve this issue.

For reference flyers must include:
- course name
-Description of course
- location, commencement date, sessions, enrolment session, cost, cost disclaimer
- course units and accreditation
- logos
- slogan
- contact details
-QR code for enrolment
- complimentary image

This is kinda random, but does anyone know how Oscars mum is going with her cancer treatment/diagnosis? I’m rewatching one of his vlogs where he talks about it. I really hope she’s okay!! I haven’t seen him talk about it much so I’m not trying to pry, just wondering if he ever provided an update on her journey
