Just changed the oil on my bike and checked out the filter, I feel like this is not normal
Fella I brought it off reckons he changed it 6 hours ago. Either I feel he didn’t or he’s flogged the shit out of this poor thing

Been looking at a bike that stands out and the RE classic 650 caught my eye. Has anyone ridden one of these and have an opinion on them? I’ve heard they’re heavy and underpowered but they also seem to have a bunch of positives aswell. Much of my riding is done 80km+ as I live quite rural, with the occasional dirt road so I feel this would be a good bike for my needs.
Anyone have anything that I should know about these? Thanks
Interested in getting a 250rr as a second bike, my current bike is a cbr500r. Planning on keeping both with the 250 being more of a toy for weekends and such with the 500 being my main.
Just wondering how hard it is to get parts for theses things are and how reliable this thing is. I have a ford Taurus ghia (which is a nightmare to get parts for) and don’t really want to go though the same thing if I get one of these.
Is it worth getting or is it just too old and rare?
Had problems with iracing, though in installing and reinstalling would fix it. After reinstalling it just won’t work on g hub, everything else seems to be fine though.
Also the wheel doesn’t seem to finish its calibration cycle, stopping after it goes to the left.
Any ideas?
(I’ve tried looking for hidhide and deleting that but I don’t have it)
V6 ecotec. The hose is currently plugged into an elbow coming off the bottom of the throttle body. I feel like I remember this going to the back of the motor inbetween the intake pipes but I’m not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I have a cbr500r and was thinking about getting something that would be much better suited for the dirt to have alongside my cbr, as I live rural. I was checking out at v strom 250sx cause it’s cheap, reliable, light, capable of dirt trails and mud (from what I’ve seen) but struggles with highway speeds due to low hp.
I’m really interested in the bike but I’m worried that once I start adding equipment to the v strom that it will really bog down.
Does anyone have any suggestions for an adventure bike that would be around the same price of a new 250sx and was made in the last 10 years or so?
Thanks
