Am I just stressed to the max

Burn out / vitamins?

I am a 40 year old male who has been pushing way too hard in all aspects of my life for too long I now realize. Last summer my stress went through the roof. I couldn't cope. I got sick around the new years recovered and then 2 weeks later my health just started a long slow slide downhill. I was always high stress and never was able to rest since my teens always traveling always exercising. In my 20s if I drank I almost always over did it.

Here is how I feel now

Dizzy

Fatigue

Flat emotion

Weak

Ringing ears tingling Scalp

Brain fog

Insomnia

Hopeless

Clumsy

I just lost my ability to function. at first I was sure it was vitamins then ms then.... all the tests show me as healthy.

I have been seeing a therapist which is helping alot. But I almost think I need to take 2 months off work and just rest.

Are there good book or things to listen too on burn out?

Does this story resonate with anyone?

High Dose Vitamins

Hello

I have been prescribed or directed to take high dose b vitamins, nac, cq10, choline etc. That naturpath believed i had bad deficiencies along with inflammation. She mentioned you cant clear histamine and your body does weird things ti make energy / nad. What's the term for this?

Do any of you practitioners have experience with thjs? How long to start feeling the effects if you have had dizzyness, clumsiness, brainfog, etc

I took ttfd last week and it made me sleep all weekend.

Symptoms

39 m 6'2 200 lbs active - decent diet

Around the new year I got the sickest I have ever been for about a week. Flu vomiting etc, in retrospect I should have put myself in the hospital. I bounced back and then did a ski hut trip where in retrospect I over exerted myself. About four days later I felt dizzy and like everything was a dream. Brain fog worsened. Started feeling even weaker and dizzier through February despite seeing multiple Dr's. I have had wierd tremors on right side of body. Scalp tingling, worsening tinnitus. Still feeling, fatigued, less coordinated though dizziness is largely gone, emotionally flat, reduced memory.

Brainscans are clear as are blood tests.

Doctors cant figure it out. Realizing that covid or some virus along with 40 years of running my body way to fast finally caught up with me.

Time for some healthy peaceful living and see where that takes me.

What were somethings you did when you realized that covid or something similar was what took you down? How are you mentally coping?

Dealing with a changed life

Hello

I am dealing with a confounding neuro disease. Brainfog, fatigue, clumsy, all the fun stuff. Just six months ago I was training for 100 mile races in the arctic. Now I gotta realize life might have changed? I ran my body into the ground for 20 years and it finally is forcing me to rest I believe. I live in alaska and am realizing it isnt the place to be ill. Debating moving to hawaii or Minnesota.

Those of you who took some time to heal where did you go? Did you bounce back?

Hello

I have an undiagnosed as of yet neuro disorder. I went from being an energetic athletic person. Now I have brainfog, spasms, dizzyness, tiredness, ahedenia, etc. Starting a few weeks after an illness I just totally fell apart.

Should I take a few months off work to try to recover? How would you get your family to realize this is real? I cant get any real medical help in alaska. My family is in denial about how severely I am deteriorating. I am so used to being strong it is hard to not push through.

At a total loss. Losing control of my right arm.

I hear that B vitamins are impacted if you take them with coffee or tea. Is there any hard data on how much your absorption drops or if they become totally inactive. Been feeling off and was taking b vitamins with coffee for a while, thinking I might have been not getting much benefit.
