Minecraft Hoodie Ruined After One Wash?

Hello

I bought one of the Minecraft collaboration hoodies, the warden one specifically, a little while ago. I wore it for about a week before I noticed a little bit of dirt on the sleeve and decided I should wash it. I did so, following the care instructions, and god it seems they forgot to mention how badly the dye of the hoodie transfers.

So now, instead of a dark blue, medium blue, and a beige-green, I just have dark blue, grey-ish blue, and grey.

Has anyone else had this problem? It’s quite ridiculous that the hoodie would be self-ruining seeing that I paid nearly £80 for the damn thing. Never had this issue with other cool shirts products I’ve bought.

Is It Worth It? Risks and Options

Hello!

I have a pretty rough prescription in my left eye (-4.75) and one that could be better (-1) in my right.

I currently wear contacts whenever I go out of the house, and glasses don’t seem to work well for me (I’ve tried lots of pairs). I’ve considered looking into some kind of surgery a few times, but they all seem horrific, both in cost and complication risks.

Is it worth it at all? And what’s considered the best option in the UK? Laser eye surgery? Contact implants? Or would I just be best continuing using contacts?

Thanks!

Sun Coast Wishing Well Location?

I managed to get the wishing well quest from this well, but now it’s been so long and I’ve forgotten where it is.

All google sources claim it’s south from the Old Farm and incredibly close to the home, but it doesn’t matter if I look directly around the building or miles away, I can’t find it for the life of me. I’ve been looking for like the past half an hour.

Any chance anyone can directly point to its location on the map? It would be a life saver.

Definitely a big peeve of mine with this game, that quest markers can be hit or miss and the quest info in the journal is always so vague and unhelpful, which sucks when I forgot that an NPC told me to do and the journal won’t tell me either.

Can’t Pick Up Placed Furniture?

Hello,

I’ve been playing the game and just bought my first home. I was pretty excited by the option to fully customise my home but I’m already having issues. I crafted a simple rug to test the system, but I’m finding that after I place it I can’t pick it back up at all, no matter what I try. The instructions say to press and hold “E”, but it’s just not doing anything.

Also is there any way to remove or move the furniture that comes with the home? I have a whole room just filled with display cases, which is not ideal at all.

Thanks

EA App Error 10005

Hello,

I've been trying for ages now to get my EA app working, but it just refuses to launch. I noticed an issue when I went to play The Sims 3, and it said I had none of my expansions installed, which I definitely do. I tried to open the EA App and check for issues there, but it just wouldn't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but no luck. The EA website itself didn't seem to load correctly either, and had broken images and messed-up formatting when I went on it to reinstall.

Opening (or rather attempting to) the app just creates a "Connecting to EA" pop-up, then that closes, nothing happens for a very long time, and then I get the error pop-up.

I've reset my router, unplugged and replugged my Ethernet at both the router and my PC, tried a VPN, opening as administrator, and obviously re-installing. No luck still.

Is there an issue with the servers right now for the UK, or am I just really unlucky? Any fixes?

Highest Resale Value Items?

Hello!

I’m trying to save up some money for the next event that’s coming up, like collecting (some) light, but I’ve been doing lots of races to bank the daily high score rewards. Obviously the races also give some JS and now I’ve hit the 10k cap.

What items can I buy that have high resale value, that way I don’t waste all of the excess JS I earn and can sell the items once the event comes?

Also just any other tips are welcome. I believe I heard that growing flax is the best way to earn light?

Thanks!

Binder-like journals?

Hello!

I’ve been thinking about doing some kind of journaling, and I used to write daily (or almost daily) diary entries for about a year or so. I just realised what would be the perfect journal for me to get back into it again, a journal that allows me to easily swap the locations of pages, like a binder. I guarantee I’ll make a page and then want to move it elsewhere or add some new section in between, but obviously that isn’t possible with regular journals or notebooks.

Is there a type of journal/notebook out there like this available in the UK, and that doesn’t cost a fortune?

Thanks!

Volume off, but audio still plays quietly?

Just wondering if anyone else has this “problem” (not really a problem but yknow).

Even when my volume slider is all the way off (not the ringer, the actual volume) sometimes videos and such will still play audio but very softly/quietly. Thought I was going crazy at first, wondering why I could still hear videos I was watching, but then I realised it was cause I COULD hear them.

Very odd

Top Surgery: Sweden or Estonia?

Hello!

I’ve been planning for the past few years now to go to the Reformkliniken in Malmo, Sweden, for top surgery, but my mum keeps telling me to check Estonia for options too, seeing that it’s our home country (we currently live in Scotland) and we have lots of relatives there.

Sweden would be quite expensive, due to hotel costs for 2 weeks and the fact that the cost for surgery seems to keep going up all the time. Before, £5000 would’ve been plenty for surgery, travel there, and a hotel for 2 weeks, but now even £6000 doesn’t even cover the surgery itself!

Estonia, though, would be far cheaper, since at the Christinas Clinic I could get top surgery (mastectomy, but I read someone else went there and got top surgery for the same price as their mastectomy price) for about £3400, and I could stay with a relative for free (or pay them a small rent) for the two weeks or so. Flights are more expensive, but overall cheaper.

What do you guys think? I know Sweden is often recommended, but Estonia would be more affordable for me and possibly more accessible (assuming the clinic still does not require a diagnosis, as I do now have one yet). I’m starting to lean more Estonia now…

What Does This Odd Phrase Mean?

This was quite a while ago now. I was on my way home from a job interview (didn’t get it by the way) and was stood at the train station, zoning out and listening to music.

Some random dude came all the way up to me (I was a distance away cause I wanted to be in the shade) and told me to “pull my trousers out of my socks”. Ive googled the phrase and asked some people but no one knows what it means. Can confirm my trousers were not in my socks.

Does it actually mean anything, or was it just a weird dude?
