PvE MMO non-idle games?
I seek your knowledge in seeking a non-idle or mostly-non-idle MMO type of game that is PvE.
Something akin to Grail Lords or Galactic Tycoons but more active.

I know this are a huge number of questions, and they may not be fully answered. Even though I implore for the experts and veterans to share your wisdom and personal experience. Thank you all.
What do you do when at 5am someone that shows in the logs as [?], empties all the buildings in your fac, draining every single item and making them dissapear. Wrenches all the vehicles like SPAA and firetrucks, steal all the pallets of materials, destroying at least a week of work?
What defense there is against such thing?
Edit:
This has happened to several +10 active players of EU timezone, in 3 hexes at 5am local time.
I'm revising games I loved but had to quit due to needing to log in every day, sometimes several times a day. And I wish to hear what other games you guys have to sadly quit playing, otherwise very fun and engaging games.
Mine these past year have been:
Very good idea and execution. But sadly you need to be on top of it several times per day to manage your company, and coordinate/cooperate/discuss a lot of with other players to stay at the top of it.
Just logged in after a year, and see that they have added a vacation mode. Which would have been great to have left my company in it. Because when you don't do the upkeep, your buildings get damage, and your workers get displeased, which lowers production to an almost stop.
I got overwhelmed when I couldn't log for a bunch of days, several times, and the guildmates left for a more active guild, and my corp itself crumbled due to lack of maintenance.
Still kinda raw, in development but it was very playable. It has a far more developed lore for it's world that 70% of the PBBGs we see here. Innovative idea, but you need to log every day at least once, or the AI/enemy players eat you alive.
I'm kinda sad that there isn't any non-energy based games that aren't PvP/require constant logging and are not alpha, or AIslop full of mxts p2w.
I'm having trouble coming up with a good composition for panzergranadier/mechanized infantry as Germany.
If I don't bring one or two tanks and some long range artillery, I end up with my infantry splashed by arty and my halftrucks gettings slaughtered by AT/tanks.
The game has so many hafltruck varieties and squads, and that I don't really know what to pick and choose. I'm experimenting quite a bit, but I feel as if I hit a wall.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I'm trying to make a realistically-ish unit composition following http://www.panzergrenadier.org/brigade2.html
We post weapons and vehicles forgotten by everyone.
Recently we had several incidents with chinese-named players and we couldn't really warn our regi without taking a screenshot of the name and posting it through Discord/Steam.
Same with allied regiments, we had to contact them on Discord or link the player's Steam profile. And in the past this has happened with cyrillic player names too, but in that case we can do some approximation, even if it is not really the best way.
What ways do you use to warn friendlies about not so friendly players as latin script player?
I'm having a tough time expanding, and I'm wondering if it would be easier if I used some spreadsheets. With the ratio of everything, calculate a certain expansion(starting goulash production, with it's cost in manpower and resources and the increase in taxes for example) and the inputs available(like how many houses I can fit, pastures and such), and then see with what I can actually accomplish.
I already posted a billion times here about how to make the micromanaging easier for myself, as it seems I always end up restarting without barely reaching the New World.
This happened a few days ago, and while talking with a friend, they insisted I should post this on this cesspit that is reddit.
So I follow that no clan no rank and asked them if I could help him with something or explain them how fac or bunkers work, the dude said nothing and kept using binos all round fac and checking every single defense bunker.
I followed him for 15 minutes until he suddenly logged off.
Around 30 minutes later we had a paraplane op.
Surely that no clan no rank person was a new player doing new player things, and I'm mixibng causation with correlation and alts in my walls.
You can keep repairing the tanks as the enemy and the tanks will keep weaponlocking enemy arty.
It also needs the cooperation of whoever is around. I'm not going to name the regiment who has done it, but you can guess.
Devs, please fix, thx.
Edit: Vehicles were removed because collies dislike cheaters and alters too.
It seems that new players(and even some older ones), aren't aware that auto-harveters don't affect rare metal drop rate.
Spread the word please.
I find it very funny being a main use garage/MPFable tank.
Now they will learn the meaning of tryharding.
I decided to start another run of GTNH, but this time I'm going to do some changes so that I find more joy and less pain.
I plan to install TST as it has a few steam/early tiers multis, disable diminishing returns for food and pollution, and turn mobgriefing and keepinventory to false and true respectively. Also I'm going to try a texturepack.
What other addons/submods would you recommend?
