After nearly a year of a huge treatment regimen for my LPP, including regular steroid injections, I was finally started to get some actual regrowth and density back (my LPP had not scarred yet). Then during my last injection session, I mentioned to my derm how my Pilar cyst was getting worse and she suggested popping a bit of the steroid in it to lower it temporarily. She didn’t mention I would lose all the hair in that area. Now this spot is worse than ever and I’m so sad. It’s been a rough month health wise and this was just the icing on the cake.

The Talbots blazer unfortunately had several stains and a small tear, but I got a partial refund and am still going to wear it because the stains are a pale yellow and hardly noticeable! The silk skirt is gorge with brown and blue accents, the pants are both mostly cotton and I’ve gotten so many compliments on the j crew chinos with little flowers! The black tank is a sleeper hit - old Talbots 100% cotton but in excellent condition. I had been looking for a purple lady jacket and this Ann Taylor sweater was perfect, the black mm la fleur is such a great work staple too
