how to be a self taught for free?
hi guys! ive been interested in pole dance since some time ago, but the pole studio on my city dont have open classes for begginers for now (only at april/september, but i dont wanna wait). then, i was wondering about learning by myself, but im afraid of injuring my body without a tutor (i have tendonitis)... soooo, guys, how can i learn it safely at home? and, if possible, for free hahaha

Fazer mestrado só pela prova de títulos em concurso público?
Será que vale a pena? Realmente não tenho interesse na área acadêmica, apenas em concursos públicos. só que na maioria deles além da prova escrita há a análise de títulos, onde quem tem mestrado, doutorado e especialista ganha uma pontuação a mais no concurso, e muitas das vezes acaba ultrapassando quem tem somente a graduação... Especialização também conta pontuação, mas mestrado vale mais. Estou pensando bastante nisso ultimamente, porque realmente não sei o que fazer
