Heard a trim clip pop on the highway. Any suggestions on keeping it down before it disappears for good?

How to remove movement in a Seiko 0903?
Online says theyre front loaders but i took the bezel off and there was no way to remove the crystal. Went from the back and removed the stem but it still wont budge.

So is returning the item the only way to get a refund these days?
Seller sent completely wrong item and told me to apply for a refund but the full refund options only include returning. I remember getting a full refund without return just a few months ago.
