Any games similar dragon quest xi s

I love this type of fantasy vibe, it's so good. Is there anything with a female character? ( romance maybe ) It's okay if there isn't, though

Should I buy a ps5, nintendo Switch 2, or Legion go?

^(I have a budget for a used Playsation 5 right now, but I'm wondering should I go for that, or wait and save up for a Legion go or the nintendo Switch 2? I'm not sure which one to pick. Which one do you all have the most fun with)

Yesterday I posted here about not wanting to attend my neighbour’s birthday party and asked for advice because I didn’t feel like going. People suggested I politely decline, which I did.

I told her I had an upcoming exam (which is true) and she said it was okay and that she will bring food tomorrow , but I also got my period and wasn’t feeling well or able to focus, so I just stayed in bed. I’ve already declined several of her invitations before, though I’ve accepted some in the past.

, she showed up at my place with food. When she saw me, she asked things like, “Were you sleeping?” and “Don’t you want to spend time with us?” I apologized for not coming and for not having a gift. She said it was okay and that I could still come if I wanted, even though I had already declined. She also seemed a bit annoyed

She later said she would bring cake as well, which I told her wasn’t necessary, but I thanked her for the food.

I just don’t understand why some people can’t accept a “no.” If I’m not interested in going, then I don’t want to go. It feels similar with my dad if he found out I didn’t attend, he’d get mad too. Why is it so hard for people to respect that?

I remember something similar happening before. My cousin was visiting and we had planned to do something the next day, but I got my period and the first few days are really painful for me. My dad got mad, thinking I was just making excuses, and my cousin looked at me strangely. Why are people like that?

I was invited to a birthday party for my neighbor’s two kids. For context, we’ve only known each other for a few months. I’ve already declined several of her invitations but accepted some before , and this time it will be a bigger gathering with her family there. She’s very kind, but I’m not comfortable in those kinds of social situations and I really don’t want to go. How can I politely decline her invitation?

Also, my dad kind of made things worse. She had asked me to receive a package because she couldn’t make it in time, and my dad was home. He told her that I could come when she invited me, which I didn’t like. He’s always trying to push me to spend time with people, especially from our culture. I have some trauma , which is why I tend to avoid them
