Is Hyundai Santro Exec 2004 worth the buying in Karachi at the moment?

Looking for opinions/Bhaio wala Mashwara on whether this Santro is worth buying for PKR 750k–800k.

Car Details (as per seller):

  • Hyundai Santro Executive Club 1.0 EFI Manual
  • Model: 2004
  • Second owner
  • Own genuine smooth engine
  • Power steering & power windows
  • Android LCD installed
  • Petrol + CNG kit fitted
  • Smooth suspension
  • Seller claims almost original condition
  • Price demand: 865,000 PKR
  • Negotiated offer from our side: 750k–800k

What my father noticed after inspection (No mechanic yet):

  • AC not cooling properly
  • One engine belt may need replacement/repair
  • Radiator seems partially choked (seller says it only needs cleaning)
  • Driver side door has a bump/dent
  • Seller says car has never been in an accident
  • Claims inside/outside mostly original with only 1–2 touch-up pieces

The car overall looked decent but obviously needs some work done immediately after purchase.

For people familiar with Santro market prices in Karachi:

  • Is this car worth buying at 750k–800k?
  • Are these issues minor or possible red flags?
  • How reliable are 2004 Santros nowadays for daily use?
  • What additional things should we inspect before finalizing?
