I have APS and I am pregnant. I am on lovenox and will be throughout the pregnancy. Last week I injected myself in my right abdomen and I went a little bit faster and it hurt. Then the area bruised and I had a small bump. It's been a week and the pain is there only when I press on it and the bruising or the small bump hasn't resolved yet. I will be seeing my doc only after 15 days and I am worried about this bruising. I can see the colour is slowly changing from deep purple to bluish now. But there's a small bump at the site of injection still. Is this normal?

I am 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Spotted brown yesterday and doc wanted me to come for an early scan to check if everything was ok. We found a beautiful Gestational Sac and Yolk Sac measuring right on time and a fetal pole was seen but doc couldn't see in detail. So she said I should come back in 15 days for a review scan to check heartbeat and growth. I am seeing a high risk OB because of my history or recurrent loss and APLA, ANA positive tests. She just told me to drop my lovenox 40 units to 20 units and continue other medications as usual. So glad today went well. Pregnancy truly is one step at a time. I will update in 15 days.

I am currently 5 weeks pregnant. I have had two missed miscarriages and 2 chemical pregnancies in the past 2.5 years. I started spotting again today like my previous pregnancies that ended up as a loss. I am so scared I have to go through the same pain again.

Please pray for my womb and the baby in the womb. Please pray for me. Please God help me stay strong and deliver healthy children who will serve your purpose. I plead with every ounce of energy I have that God my Father saves me from another loss.

TW - Mention of Pregnancy

I am currently 5 weeks pregnant. I have had two missed miscarriages and 2 chemical pregnancies in the past 2.5 years. I have done all the rpl tests and it came back positive for APLA and ANA. This pregnancy as soon as I got a positive I was prescribed Lovenox, Ecosprin, Progesterone oral, vaginal and weekly injections and supplements. I started spotting very lightly last week and it was told negligible by my OB. Then today I saw a 2 cm long thread like deep red discharge and after that I am seeing very light brown mucus spotting one at a time when I pee. In both my previous pregnancies that ended in MMC I spotted. First time no reason was found. The second time it was SCH. I am so done right now. I know this might be another loss and I am not feeling sad but angry.

I am so angry with myself. Why can't I have a baby? I am on all protective medications...still spotting brown and dark red. Life has been cruel to me. I have not been truly happy since we started TTC and I have taken numerous medications and tried a ton of things...Why is it not happening for me??

I truly will stop trying if this ends up being a loss. I want to live happily again.

I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant and this is my third after two losses due to APLA and ANA. I was given lovenox and baby aspirin as soon as I tested positive and today I spotted one deep red coloured discharge of about 2 cms and called my hospital. Doc told me to stop my blood thinners today and come for an early scan tomorrow. I am scared of dropping blood thinners. I was told this is crucial and should never be stopped before I got pregnant. What to do?

Just wiped after peeing and saw a 3 cm long red discharge. I have had two previous losses due to APLA and ANA. Both the pregnancies ended around 6 or 7 weeks but found only at 11 weeks. I also spotted in both my pregnancies. In my first pregnancy no reason was found. In second, it was a Subchorionic hematoma. I am anxious and feeling hopeless. I have lost so much and this time I thought it would work out because I am on progesterone, lovenox, supplements, Ecosprin and weekly progesterone injections. Doc has given me everything to protect the pregnancy. I don't know if I am losing again or is it a SCH showing up...

I just want one happy healthy baby and idk why my body keeps failing...

I was waiting to see my baby in my first scan on Jul 3rd but guess I should prepare myself.

I am having cold feet at times. Literally they are so cold and I need to use blankets to keep them warm even in this heat wave. I am 5 weeks and four days pregnant. I am on progesterone (oral, weekly injection and vaginal) and on lovenox, Ecosprin. Is this normal?

Tested positive on 13 dpo and my HCG on 14 dpo was 261. Then on 18 dpo it was 836 and the doc was happy with the result. I have previously had two losses due to APLA, so doc immediately prescribed lovenox, baby aspirin, progesterone and supplements. Everything was good till I was 4 weeks and 4 days. Then I spotted brown discharge like it's a tiny dot or tiny thread like tissue...it's basically my cervical mucus stained brown or reddish brown. Called my ob..she said until my ultrasound nothing can be determined. She also said to continue my meds and lovenox as it's negligible...but again today I spotted brown...same pattern...small tissue and a small dot like brown discharge that I saw after peeing...I am going to guard my heart. Pls pray for me.

Where I live is facing extreme heat waves and room temperature normally sits between 34 degree C to 40 degree C in the daytime and at night it's about 27 to 29 degree C. So I am not able to keep my Lovenox in the room temperature. I don't have an AC. So I have put my medication in the lowest shelf of my fridge where there's no freezer nearby and have wrapped the needle with thick cloth. Also set my fridge to the lowest setting so it's not typically chill like a standard fridge. Is this ok? I am pregnant and need daily lovenox doses. Pharmacy says it's ok. But I am anxious. Also when I take the injection out from the fridge the outside has condensation...misty effect. But within 5 mins reaches normal temp. The liquid has not frozen so far.

I am 5 weeks pregnant and started my lovenox last week at 4 weeks. It's been 8 days since I started and none of the injection sites have healed fully. I still have bruises from my day 1 and 2 shots. They have reduced and changed colour but not healed. My nurse taught me to give it myself in my thighs and I have been giving in the upper thighs alone. But bruises have become a bit crowded in both the legs as the bruises are about 6 cm to 3 cm big. I don't know where else to give. Today Idk but I think I might've given the shot near the inner thigh area and I am freaking out as I read later it's not right. I would like to start in my abdomen. I have three questions but my doc won't speak to me until next Friday in my appointment and my nurse is not picking up too. So posting the questions here...

1. Can I change my shots to my abdomen after 8 days in my thighs?

2. Where on the abdomen should I give? If there is a video it would be helpful for me.

3. How long does lovenox 40 bruises last? How to heal them soon?

I heard that having multiple D&Cs increases the risk of Cervical incompetence. I have had two due to MMCs in the past. I am pregnant now, recently found and I am on every protective med possible. Should I ask my doctor to note this down? Also I will be traveling through the road for almost 2.5 hours for my check-ups (to and fro) is this safe?

I am pregnant again after two losses. Yesterday I spotted very very lightly and Doc said nothing to worry about. I know God is holding my womb this time and He will take care of everything. I am fully trusting the Lord and not anxious at all. Please pray for my pregnancy and pray that I have a healthy pregnancy and deliver Blessed and Healthy children.

I have had two missed miscarriages due to APLA and ANA. I had 261 as my HCG value on 15 dpo. Didn't check after that. I am 19 dpo today and I am spotting brown thread like discharge and one white discharge with a red spot but very small.

I now inserted my vaginal progesterone and noticed that my finger had brown specks.

I am on lovenox 40, Ecosprin 150 mg, prednisolone 10mg, Progesterone vaginal 400 mg, oral synthetic progesterone 80 mg and weekly twice progesterone aqueous injection 50 units along with folate and B complex.

I spotted similarly early on in my previous pregnancies too. First pregnancy no reason found. Second pregnancy it was SCH. Both ended around 7 weeks after a heart beat but found only at 10 weeks.

I am so anxious right now. Please do tell me if it's going to be ok?

I am 4 weeks pregnant. Found very recently and started progesterone, aspirin and heparin with prenatal vitamins since the past three days. I have had two past missed miscarriages due to Apla and ana and I checked HCG on 15 dpo and it was 261. I am crying and scared after seeing the spot of red. Worried if it would stop with this. Help. Has anyone else had any success with these things. I am shaky and can't stop the fear...

How to store my lovenox safely? The box says between 15 to 25 degree Celsius but I live in a tropical climate and room temp is normally between 27 to 34 degree Celsius and so now I am using an insulated box with a cold gel pack at the bottom of the box, then a thick towel and then placing my injection above this. The problem is I have to change the gel pack every 5 hours or it goes to room temperature and at night I am not able to. There is a gradual fluctuation in temperature inside the insulated box but it never gets too hot or too cold. Pls help me with any tips or suggestions for better storage. My pharmacist told me to refrigerate but only on the bottom shelf. But the fridge sits between 3 to 10 degree C.

Can I put in the fridge shelves? I live in a hot climate area. Room temp sits between 26 to 34 degree C. Pls tell me how to keep my medication safely.

Is this ok? The cartridge feels very very mildly chill now. Is there any other way to store it safely?
