People from a Bengali medium background, how did you improve your spoken English fluency? My English is good when I write, but when I speak, my mind goes blank and I run out of words. How did you overcome this? Any tips would be greatly appreciated, especially since I'm preparing for job interviews.

Interview Medium – Fluency Problem. Preparing from Home. Please Help. (Please don't give unnecessary advice like "clear the exam first," as I don't think fluency can be achieved in 2–3 months after mains)
I studied in a Bengali-medium school. My English is good when I write, but my spoken English is not very fluent. However, I have chosen English as the medium for my Mains examination.
If I choose Hindi as the medium for the interview, will the board ask all the questions in Shuddh Hindi and expect me to answer in Shuddh Hindi? Since my Mains medium is English and my mother tongue is Bengali, I don't think I can speak Hindi like a native speaker. However, I am much more fluent and confident speaking in Hindi than in English.
In the interview, can I use a mix of Hindi and English, as my Mains medium is English, and translating the terms on the spot will become difficult for me?
I don't have any friends with whom I can practice speaking English, as they also studied in Bengali-medium schools. The same is true for my family. I would really appreciate your guidance. Please help.
