What steps should I follow for the trade-in and pickup, and do you have any tips to make the process go smoothly?

My s24 ultra doesn't even last a day after basic 5-8 hours usage battery drops to 20% then randomly goes to 3% and phone dies.
Before it used to stay running for atleast a day.
Any idea what should i do or any suggestions?
Is it worth getting the battery fixed or just trade this in for some new device?

Should i do my loan application
Seems like first time EDD is 2 weeks
Edit: Moved to September 6 - September 30 on july 9 😶🌫️
I ordered MY standard Stealth Grey on 19 April.
EDD is 1 aug to 12 sept.
EDD keeps changing and no vin assigned yet.

2.When i called the customer service they said there is no location /delivery location assigned to your order and someone wouls connect with me to confirm that has been a month but no one has connected?
