Is it safe to have a withdrawal bleed every 3 months instead of every month? I’m so sick of having a period.

What’s more accurate for ureaplasma tests?? I keep seeing people test negative at the dr but postive for juno. What’s the deal??

I was doing 100 mg of micronized progesterone vaginally for years and it’s recently started really irritating my vaginal tissues. I think bc my tissues are deficient of estrogen (that’s another story) ANYWAY I switched to rectal and it’s so so so much better but the last two months when I get to like day 8 of the 10 day cycle I start to have brown spotting. Should I up my dose?

Does anyone know how long this will last??

What are we doing about the patch shortage? I have to use the name brand vivelle dot- it’s the only one that’s worked for me. Can’t find it anywhere and I’m freaking out. Thinking about switching to divigel. Has anyone switched??

I can’t use estrogen cream it gives me yeast.

Has anyone used the tablets instead? Are they better? Or the ring? Can I use the tablets rectally maybe??

Which is totally fine with me, however do I need to increase my dose? I never get break through bleeding with the vaginal route but I do with oral progesterone. So I’m wondering if any of you guys have used rectally or even better have switched from vaginal or rectal and if it was the same for you!! Thank you!!

Okay whyyyyyy!!!!!

I’m so tired of this. My period ended the 18th. Today I have thick thick white paste discharge. PH of 3 and redness. My last evvy showed 40% iners 55% crisp and 5% random little BV bacteria. Do you guys think this is high enough iners to still be causing issues? Help me :(

I have hypertonic pelvic floor. I had internal work done yesterday and now my vestibule is red and burning. All tests included evvy and urine PCR clear so no infection risk.

Also is it normal to flare the day after internal work??

So I flipped my iners mostly- still have to flip a little more.

Question 1- those who had iners even when you were crisp dominant if iners were second runner up at 35% did you still get symptoms

Question 2- I was diagnosed with nerve damage and hypertonic pelvic floor vaginal atrophy. I have an ovarian disease so I’m patch HRT. I have estrogen cream in the ellage base. My Dr wants me to put this on my urethra.

The only symptom I still get every once in awhile is a little urethra irritation after peeing that lasts about 30 minutes and goes away. My dr said the tissue on my urethra was irritated looking and said she thinks the urine is aggravating it and the estrogen cream should help heal that.

I also have estrogen tablets she just called in. Does anyone have a similar experience? Did the estrogen work for you?

Also if I start estrogen should I not use vaginal probiotics anymore?

I notice a spike in symptoms during ovulation and before my period. Vaginal burning and urethra irritation that almost feels like a uti with clear urine tests. No UTI. What’s the reason for this? Diagnosed with CPPS VULVODYNIA & HYPERTONIC PELVIC FLOOR

Does anyone who has this conditions symptoms get worse cyclicly? What’s the reason why?
