idk if it’s healthy or not but this has become my go to dinner. so yum so easy one pot meal. I don’t find the kefir lime leaf often so serving with some lemon juice.

Sensitive skin solution I found

A few months ago, my sensitive skin was breaking out severely. I grew up pretty tough, so it was hard for me to even consider my skin could be sensitive. I got it checked in several salons and the test always said sensitive skin. While for the longest time I had not resorted to sensitive skin only product. I recently changed my skin given. I was continuously breaking out after a dermaplaning session. I immediately stopped using vitamin C serum and retinoil which I have been using for last four years. It helped stop the breakout. I switched all my skin to include ceramides, face wash, masks, even the scrubs. And I have actually been able to make significant changes in my skin health. My skin is not only repaired. It is smoother and it is more relaxed. I do not have any inflammation on my face anymore and I cannot believe the solution so simple to just listen to your skin type.

Care and routines for your bird

can people share their basic routines and checks to ensure optimum health of their bird? my bird sneezes a few times after I place him in his cage for nighttime, early I. the mornings… is that normal? or do I need to pay attention to something?

Bird so naughty - him just being sleepy gives me a stroke.

my bird is the most active I’ve seen personally, he learns new tunes in 2 days, jumps in my food, moves as soon as leave the room, stalks me, lands on my hair when I’m in vanity, stalks me in shower, initiates chase games, literally walks into the room and calls me out to chase him around the house making dinosaur noises with his wings open running through the floor, participates in cooking while hopping from one appliance to another, sometimes claws into my head while I cook, lol, watches netflix with me, eats all his meals preferably in my plate, he’s constant songs and happy chirps throughout the day and evening even and specially at nighttime. lol

my heart drops when he gets sleepy, I immediately overthin, why is t he singing is his tail bobbing he just flew too much, is he gon be sick??? Why just why bird parenting so emotional???

I hate leaving my baby bird home, it’s the hardest! I keep thinking about him his soft fur his sweet games, chase, tag, flying onto my head, following me around the house, stalking me. I can’t wait to get back to him lol I’m birdsick

Are we still creating portfolios/websites/blogs to get recognised and build professional equity in 2026?

I see LinkedIn is flooded with AI generated guidance content- 20 remote work websites, 20 AI websites, skills/responsibilties of a Product owner/software engineer. all AI curated fluff or advertisement.

I’m not sure pouring efforts on LinkedIn is fruitful anymore or even LinkedIn premium.

I would like to what are the professionals doing to build equity outside of work?

Daily sushi Bangalore

I like that they are not seeking as pan Asian but just core Japanese menu, ramen, sushi, sashimi, yakitori, katsu. and do that well, the sashimi is so fresh and buttery, best I’ve had in Bangalore/India

Why is the middle so comforting

a family literally together washing dishes in the shower! this show and the two broke girls all time comfort shows. Sue’s always trying to bring the family together, her perpetual fear of losing people. Franky is just so cool, so imperfect yet so full of love. Mile heck is the greenest flag when he is not mad because franky spent $200 on an eye cream but because they couldn’t afford a silly thing like that. Each and every single character is so close to home, flawed, lovable.

AT AT AT PASSED PMP

Preparations in less than a week, here are my notes -

  1. You don't NEED to go through entire PMBOK - I didn't. I find the language time-consuming.
  2. PMP exam does NOT ask principles and values, EAC, TCPI, - barely 1/180 question was about EVM. If you get these questions, you'll be lucky. Questions are twisted and situational, not all information given IS useful information. keep an eye out for fluff!
  3. AIM for 90% scores in mocks, to be good enough/ready for PMP - I had 90% in mocks, but writing the exam felt like a war zone for 230 minutes.
  4. The exam will make you doubt your capability and preparations - Stay true to PMP values and mindset and select kindest-value driven-customer centric-servant leadership suited answer.
  5. When in doubt - go with analyse impact, document, discuss, collaborate, consider, Pareto, ..
  6. PMP exam preparation will transform you into a professional PM by the time you are done
