How to fix cellular not working on pre-owned iPhone? (happened after bypass)

I recently came across a used iPhone 13 for a fair price but it's cellular and Face ID were dysfunctional. I bought it anyway to use it as a camera only phone, but I'm gonna try anyway if I can atleast get cellular working on it. The seller said the iCloud lock had been bypassed and that is why the cellular isn't working. Is there anyway I can get it working by jailbreaking or programming it? Can I undo the bypass??

Should I buy the G6 or the G9 thumb camera??

heyy guys should I buy the G6 or the G9 thumb camera??
I mainly wanna use it for random memories, car edits, late night drives, POV clips and those nostalgic vibey videos
the G6 looks sooo aesthetic and retro but the G9 seems more practical and better quality idkkk
