Can someone help me what to do now, tried fiber and no help but did it make things worse?

I hope someone can reply to me sooner than later as i am very anxious now.

I have had constipation since i was a kid, i only pass a stool once a week or less and it's always from pushing and often painful.

Only 5 days ago i learnt most people go every day and how bad mine is so i switched right to mostly eating fruits and vegetables and all fiber stuff since i normally lack it.

Then i found this subreddit and everyone says to not do that as that will make the mass harder and constipation even worse? So i panicked and i searched what to do instead and it said to drink a lot of water and hot water. So i did, but then i read here that the mass will just absorb the water too and become even bigger and more clogged.

I am shaking as i type this and feel nauseous and hot but not from anything wrong (yet) i am just panicking because i wanted to fix it myself once i learnt it's an issue but all i do is seem to make it worse and i'm genuinely scared because normally my stool is already really hard to pass and painful and now i'm reading it's going to be worse and i did call the ER and nurse said only if i experience extreme stomach pain to call and to keep drinking lots of water.

Please, could someone help? It's been 5 days on the new diet (mostly rye bread, corn, potatoes, carrots, bananas, yogurt, tea, porridge, chia seeds) and obviously no bowel moments, except on the 16th a bit that was also the staining kind. The er nurse said to keep drinking liquids but is that making it worse and am i in some danger? Like what do i do now? I cant get anything from the pharmacy rn. And should i still contact a doctor later either way? Thank you

Starting to care about my health after hating myself and being really mentally ill. Any peer support?

I have been depressed since i turned 12 and now i'm 25. I have been actively surviving abuse until last year. Sometimes it feels like i am truly only waking up to real life very recently!

Issues with this include that i've been constipated since i was very young and it's been constant for me and still is. No ones ever asked about it and it's just been another "normal" for me. I never really cared for what goes on in my body and thought my life would have been over many times already but i'm still alive now and i've now had heartburn for about 3 years. Or 3 years ago was when i found out it's heartburn what i experience and not normal. This week i had it worse than usual and i started researching and my question is should i see a doctor? It feels very foul to contact healthcare about something this late. I wonder if it's too late and there's already some damage by now? I have eaten while laying in bed a lot and big portions and not healthy. So i know a lot of it is my fault, but i wonder if a medicine or more checking of what this has done is in order? But it just feels so embarassing and stupid to reach out and state it's been going on forever, like why now??

I wonder if others have been in similar situations when recovering. I used to see all my issues and medical diagnoses as more of a pain for anyone around me, which to be fair the abusive people in my life did treat them like it. I used to think that these things don't really matter and it's no big deal but now i feel as if i've just woken up to the fact of what goes in inside my body and for example i wonder if my digestive system has a part in why i'm still totally exhausted all the time despite my mind feeling way more positive.

I guess it makes sense when you've been surviving and waiting for death for so long vs now i often think i don't want any harm towards myself and i like a lot of things about myself and my life. I am not at all "fully recovered" whatever it is but last few years there's been a lot of shifting. Anyone else been in a similar boat or has anything to say about all this? Thanks

Uimahallit / public pools

This isn't only specific to Finland 🇫🇮 you can answer if you're from somewhere else too, but hoping at least someone finnish answers.

Have you had negative reactions when swimming / in the changing rooms? Or how was your experience?

I haven't had bottom surgery and i don't pack to go swimming anymore, but i've had top surgery though i'm left with clear scars. I am visibly trans when i take my shirt off. But i like swimming and sauna and i've been to more quiet beaches with my friends but i don't know about going to public pools/spa/uimahalli anything like that. Even if i don't make it a hobby i'm wondering if someone invites me to go, is it even worth the risks?

I know you can get a patch so you don't have to remove your swimming trunks to shower, but i doubt that's much help in this situation, maybe more helpful for transfems.

If anyone has experiences, good or bad, let me know cause i do like to swim and it's quite cheap to go but i wouldn't want there to be trouble. Maybe packing again would help but there's still the scars and how i'm built.

Question about hormones and symptoms

I've been on T shots for 5 years and consistent the whole time. I don't have any afab parts. Despite these things i am always tired and get hot really easily (start sweating sometimes even just taking the trash out. Which is why i'm asking could it have to do with my E levels instead of T? Last time my T levels were checked i already had these issues but my levels were ok but i've never had E checked. If i've understood right then some of the T turns to E even if i don't have anything that produces it naturally. I don't want to waste money getting these tested if it's unnecessary.

Or is it possible to just have a sweating/tempature problem forever from T without it meaning anything is wrong? I never had anything like it before starting, quite the opposite. Exhaustion i've had for longer but T should be giving me some kind of help with that

Question about disclosing

I'm a straight autistic man. I tend to befriend people who aren't straight. Often it's assumed i'm not either. I have rejected gay men by saying i am not interested or into them. Is this enough or do i need to specify my heterosexuality? I thought it's irrelevant why my answer is no. It would be that with women too at this point in time. Besides some people do see me a bit differently for not being part of the lgbtq when in mainly lgbtq groups, which is fair, but i am an ally just only interested in women. Thoughts?
