Need help with braking

Just got LMU today and the pack 4 . I was playing assetto corsa , ACC and RRE for a month . Had decent control and could trail brake .

In LMU, the braking is hard , tyre seems to lockup very fast also if I turn on abs, the abs activates very quickly.

Any tips on how to get good at driving in LMU , I’m currently driving gt3 and want to drive some hyper cars when I get good .

Should I buy lemans ultimate or get DLC for ACC

Hello guys , I’m fairly new to sim racing and I’ve been playing Assetto corsa and assetto corsa competitione for a week now , I’m on the slower side of player base ( 2:24-26 in spa gt3 ) and poor racecraft but don’t hit others.

Since lemans ultimate is on sale , should I buy it or should i get DLC for ACC , I run ACC on low-medium settings on 1080p and sometimes on 2k while connecting to TV , 144fps lock . So pc is also on lower end .

Can we carry motor in checked in luggage?

Can we carry motor in checked in luggage? I’m thinking of taking my direct drive racing bundle in checked in luggage, will there be issue with airlines?

I’ll make sure of proper packing.

How is the FFB, physics and optimisation in EVO?

Very new to sim racing , last week I started with RRE because it was free and later bought assetto Corsa and 2 days ago ACC,

In RRE , the tracks were not very accurate but optimisation was good, also it was kinda plug and play without much tweaking of FFB,

In vanilla AC, I was having hard time with FFB and wheel setup but after CSP , it became so good , I set graphics on high and my pc never overheated or dropped frames , Pedal controls felt better than RRE, I didn’t open RRE again , and wanted to play some multiplayer races so I bought ACC,

In ACC, I had to lower the graphics , AC with CSP supported better graphics settings than ACC, FFB was fine but gave less information than AC , multiplayer was good enough for me,

I want to buy Assetto Corsa evo , but want to know if the physics, driving feel , FFB and the optimisation is good or not. I’m using laptop i7 13650HX , 4060 , 24GB DDR5 and PXN V10 pro.
Also are the tracks better ?

Just downloaded it. Is fun even for noobs like me.

Was learning car control and solo lapping in raceroom and assetto corsa and wanted to play some online races, bought ACC and first race experience:

Chose spa and r8 because a bit familiar on both.
Couldn’t place in qualifying properly because I was fixing my FOV

Placed P8

Race starts and a wreck occurred in the front positions at eau rogue , I tried to overtake looking at them slowing down, got rear ended ,maybe my fault because I never raced against opponents ( even ai)

Dropped to p10 and everyone was gone miles away,
I did what I was doing during solo lapping and eventually reached P2 .
I don’t know race strategies or pit stop .

Drove the whole race without any pit stop and on the 2nd last lap my tires started slipping, so reduced corner speed and the race ended with me on p2 . Sad that I couldn’t catch on P1 but had enough fun . After the match everyone talked to each other on the all chat , Had too much fun.

Learning slowly but throttle control is so hard.

When I started the game 2 days ago I couldn’t complete a single lap without going off track with factory TC and factory ABS and barely managed to lap within 1:50 , now a bit confident with factory TC and factory ABS but as soon as I turn off the factory TC , exits after corners are intimidating and i lose 4-5 seconds because if I try a bit harder , I spin

Need some advice.
