I keep falling asleep right before entering a lucid dream what Am I doing wrong?

Every time I try to have a lucid dream, the exact same thing happens.
After doing WBTB, I wake up about 4 hours after falling asleep. I spend around 10 minutes reading my dream journal on my phone (brightness is very low and Night Shift/warm light is enabled). I also get out of bed briefly before coming back.
When I go back to bed, I get into a comfortable position and stay completely still. I start noticing the random itches and small urges to move, which I ignore.
After a while, I begin seeing hypnagogic imagery. I also hear random sounds and voices, and it feels like I**m getting very close to entering a dream. The images keep changing rapidly, almost like dream scenes are forming. I stay completely motionless the entire time.
Then, out of nowhere… I accidentally fall asleep.
This happens every single time I attempt a lucid dream. Everything seems to go perfectly, I reach the hypnagogic stage, but instead of becoming lucid, I just lose awareness and fall asleep without realizing it.
I
m not sure what I
**m doing wrong or how to get past this point.
Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have any advice for maintaining awareness while transitioning from hypnagogia into a dream?

Anxiety attacks ruining my days

I hate it so much, it**’s been 3 years i’**m dealing with a anxiety attacks , when its come its ruin my day, but the weird thing, my anxiety attacks are more physical than mental they usually start with physical symptoms rather than racing anxious thoughts , i do have anxious thoughts but they are much less intense than the physical symptoms my anxiety causes

My screen time is 15-17 hours a day and nothing I’ve tried works. What actually helped you?

Today my summer break started, and its going to last for more than a month.

My screen time is honestly ridiculous. Some days it goes over 17 hours, and most days it**’s over 15 hours , i’**mnot happy with it at all.

I have ADHD, and I genuinely don**’t know what to do anymore. I havent really asked people with actual experience before, so I’**m hoping someone here has been through something similar.

I**’**m not satisfied with my daily routine. I want to be more productive, use my phone less, focus on studying, and get back to old habits like exercising or even playing games. At this point, I want to do almost anything except spend my entire day on my phone.

I hate that the first thing I touch when I wake up is my phone. I immediately start scrolling without even thinking.

The problem is that i**’ve already tried some of the common advice. Ive used app blockers that lock apps, but I always found ways around them. I tried switching my phone to grayscale, but that didn’**t last either.

I**’m looking for advice from people who actually managed to reduce extreme phone usage. What worked for you? Especially if you’**re someone who tends to procrastinate even on the solutions themselves.

ADHDers , what triggers your anger?

I have read that anger/irritability can be linked to ADHD

what usually makes you angry?
Like what do your anger episodes look like? And what are some examples of situations that set you off, even if they seem minor to other people?

I**’**d love to hear specific examples or stories of that

I need advice , I have finals in 4 days and my attention span is non-existent. Nothing helps. Has anyone successfully overcome this?

I**’m a second-year high school student, and my finals are in 4 days. Ive been dealing with this problem for years, and Im honestly getting desperate.
No matter how hard I try, I can
t stay focused while studying. Ill open a lesson on my iPad, and somehow, a few minutes later, I find myself scrolling Instagram or doing something completely unrelated. Sometimes I dont even pick up my phone. I just get distracted by my own thoughts and end up talking to myself instead of studying.
The frustrating part is that I don
t struggle with understanding the material. I learn things pretty quickly, but I cant focus long enough to actually study properly. A single lesson can take me an entire day because I keep getting distracted.
This has been happening for years. I
ve had exams where I barely studied at all and ended up relying on memorizing past papers just to get average grades. The problem affects other parts of my life too, but I can usually force myself to focus if I have to. Studying feels almost impossible.
I
ve tried a lot of things:
Studying early in the day.
Pomodoro with different time intervals **
(25, 35, 50 minutes, even longer sessions).
Watching lesson explanations.
Active recall and writing down everything I remember.
Deleting or blocking distracting apps.
Putting my iPad away.
None of it has really worked. I either get distracted by my phone or by my own thoughts, and I keep procrastinating by telling myself I
ll eat, take a break, and come back later… then I never do.
The worst part is that it
s making me feel completely helpless whenever I sit down to study. I know Im capable of understanding the material, but I just cant seem to stay focused long enough to get through it.
Has anyone experienced something similar? What actually helped you? I
m looking for practical advice that made a real difference, especially if you’**ve struggled with this for a long time

My memory is terrible

I don**’t know why, but my memory is really weird , I have a very good working memory and I can memorize facts , information , dreams , and random details pretty easily if I actually try , But when it comes to my own life , its like my brain just deletes everything
I
ve realized that Ive forgotten almost everything that happened to me during 2024 and 2025 , I can only remember a few random snapshots , and even those are blurry and incomplete
It honestly bothers me a lot. Sometimes I want to think back to happy moments in my life to make myself feel better, but when I search my memory , there
s just .. nothing there , It’**s like those years never happened
