Past the event horizon

When cooper was past the event horizon, but was still in his ship, the ship was starting to get bombarded with what appeared to be sand or some sort of particle.

It got me thinking…what if under that intense gravity, light waves - the photons, that act as a wave, are getting compressed into light/photon particles, which is what was bouncing off of Cooper’s ship, and ultimately what destroyed it, forcing him to eject.

When the gravity subsides, the particles “decompress” into a wave.

Is that what they were suggesting in that scene?

Just finished the movie for the 4th or 5th time. Man. It still hits hard.

Falling from Above

This is one of my all time favourites of Neil’s recent catalogue…I’ve always felt it personifies him in so many ways…the lyrics and message; crazy horse but with a slightly less grungy and more melodic, akin to solo Neil.

It never seems to get the attention it deserves. Sets the stage for the whole album nicely too.

Canadian Owner - NACS landing!!

That’s it. Nothing more. Can’t wait to pull into a Tesla charger

Edit: I received an email from Hyundai Canada to book an EV inspection appointment - following the free warranty inspection I apparently receive the adapter. Have booked for Friday AM…will report back…

Edit 2: post maintenance visit. Pretty straight forward as others have commented. I read in the invoice from the dealer under the line item for the maintenance two things: 1 - they reference “TSB # 26-17-001

2 - they reference this: “COMPLETED AND UPLOADED EV SPECIAL CARE INSPECTION. ATTACHED COPY OF MPI INSPECTION SHEET TO R/O FOR CLAIM.”

TSB I assume refers to Transportation Safety Board. They may have uploaded some new software, I have no idea (nor did I receive a copy of) the MPI inspection sheet.

Connecting two songs

I have two songs that I am working on…they are quite different from each other but centred around the same chords.

I had the idea of transitioning from one into the other, but only because of the chord connection.

So now I am thinking - what makes a good transition? What are the “key ingredients”? I appreciate ahead of time the expected “there are no rules, as long as it sounds and feels good/right”….

Hence why I used the words “ingredients”…tempo change; key change; common themes; similar chords…all of the above? thoughts? What’s your favourite classic two songs that can stand alone, but are written as one song? Scenes from an Italian Restaurant jumps immediately to mind, but that’s not really two songs, rather, a few major parts to what is clearly one song.

Long ramble over. Happy Monday…
