With the release of units like cyrene and the rumors that himeko will synergize with astral express members and nihilux will synergize with elation character in a cyrene esque way i think its fair to say hsr will have more faction specific buffs so lets say it's patch 8.0+ and elio is announced as a finality support that has different effects depending on which stellaron hunters you have on the team.

For firefly shell probably get a propagation form but for now now lets stick to destruction break and honestly not sure what he could give that the current break team doesnt.

Firefly wants to live a normal life so thematically i feel like the synergy has to work on non ult sam but mechanic that feels bad. What if when elio selects firefly with his ultimate she gains "destinys slave" when she breaks a units final break bar that unit gain a new exo break bar, this can trigger twice per unit and resets when the actually break bar refills. Kinda simple maybe not enough to replace anyone on the current team.

What would you like to see in a elio specific firefly synergy?

Do you resign your main to sub dps role on sw main dps team or do you use main dps sparxie and if so how do you think future elation supports/sustains will benefits sparxie over eva or sw999?

I do think a highly invested sparxie stands as a solid main dps but it also could be said putting that invested main dps on a dual dps team could improve runs.

Whats your take on this and what are your expectations for the future of elation?

Not to stir drama but you are maining a support character so realistically outside of e6 yao you gotta run a elation dps. So which one do you find your self running better with?

Do you expect her spot to be secured on both teams on one team more than the other. Maybe shes not long for either team if pearl and nihilux are the second coming of hyacine and cyrene?

Do you agree with this take? I know there's bad blood between the two fandom due to both of us wanting our girl to be the best elation dps, but i think there is a compromise.

Kinda picking where my last post left off. I still strongly believe for sw to the best unit in the game dps wise she requires high investment.

Eva has one of if not the best e1 power jump in game

So early on eva takes the win vs sw at probably even e2

But if we allow for further investment e4 eva vs e4 sw damage boost from e4 can not be ignored

Then if we allow further investments sw probably has one of the best if not the best e6 in the game currently because it enables you to ignore weaknes types and resistances.

My claim is that eva is the better low cost dps but if you have the funds/luck a sw invested at the same level as eva (ie e4+) will just be better

Not to mention the uncertainty of future elation support/sustain.

My belief if that because eva can ultilize huohuo more so than sw the elation sustain will more likely benefit sw more than eva

My thoery is that if they make nihilux the cyrene of elation then sw 999 will have the biggest buff, probably something crazy like allowing her to stack double the max mmr (600) thematically id love if the limit was pushed to 999 but 1. I dont think we would ever reach that new limit 2. That might break the power scale too much at that point

So i throw to you fellow sw 999 mains and eva mains

Maybe im overreacting but sws team is what 10 or more cost?

Sw 999 E2S1 sparxie E2S1 yao E1S1 huohuo (for now) E1S1 (sustain will probably have a great e2)

This isnt necessary to clear end game but to make full use of sw 999 e2 you do need teamate like e1 yao and e2 sparxie maybe well get better cheaper replacement maybe we wont.

Do you think this is fine or restrictive to those that are f2p but like sw 999 and wanted to play her only to find out she like giga invested teams

For context i have a e6s1 sw e2 s1 sparxie e1s1 yao (gonna pick up e2 on rerun) so i can afford to feed her needs but i acknowledge not everyone wants to soend that much

And not to bring the sw vs eva debate back up but eva best eidolon at her e1 and being usable with emc for now more so than sw 999 do you think more people will use eva over sw 999 do to easier team requirements

Do we have enough inforamtion to determine what would happen if lans lux arrow struck qilpoths outer shell?

1. Would the lux arrow pierce through with out fail (possibly killing qilpoth)

2. Would the arrow shatter on the shell leaving qilpoth effectively unharmed

3. Would the arrow shatter but leave a crack in the preservations armor?

Side note, i think its a worthy debate because these two aeon might be some of the most popular ones in the cosmos hunt having the xainzhou and galaxy rangers while the preservation has belabog and the ipc.

Do we know what might happen is lan set thier sights on the preservation?
