Some Jungle Ekko builds from 16.12 - Coachless

WPA = Win Rate - Pre-Buy Win Probability; It removes biases such as bought while ahead, and smurfing from win rates.

It seems like if you want to play with Lich Bane go HoB - people might be sleeping on this playstyle ! Dusk and Dawn prefers Dark Harvest.

I personally would like to see more Fleet Footwork games - over all the patches this year it has ~600 games with a +3.7 total WPA ! Someone is making that rune look bonkers, and I've been enjoying it lately with D&D -> Protobelt.

You can play with the funny stat site here ! Make sure to press Filter and untick Hide Low Pick Rate and Occurrence to see potentially slept on items.

If you play Senna, please test out Guardian ! I'd like to see more stats !

Surely this weeks patch will release Senna from pick and bans, so now is probably a good time to start testing new shenanigans again !

The goal with this build is to keep doing competitive damage while keeping up with Sona, and Seraphine in healing and shielding. With the extra health, resists, and a massive shield every 70-40 seconds it allows you and others to make mistakes that are much more forgiving. Alternatively, you can position much more aggressively.

Guardian is currently doing 1k shielding per 10 minutes on average. On top of Font of Life, and Revitalise adding quite a bit of output it really should rival Aery.

I prefer Diadem because it allows me to keep playing Senna forward and press Q on enemies rather than allies. Moonstone is statistically better, but it forces a playstyle I find frustrating.

Dream Maker is Sennas best Support item outside of DFT, but Bloodsong is alright too.

Plated Steelcaps are almost always better, while Swifties are much more situational. I typically buy Swifties if the enemy team is AP heavy.

I really am hoping to get more stats on Coachless to determine if Guardian + Black Cleaver is troll or not, and to hear how it performs for others !

E Max first could be back with Imperial Mandate built second :?

E Max + CDR was my favourite Mel build as an APC before they changed Mel.

I'm thinking BFT -> Mandate -> Cosmic Drive -> Cryptbloom could potentially be bonkers

The Coachless screenshot was a reply to another post asking about Shaco - but seeing Mel that high could be used for inspo ! I also see Syndra following a similar build on Lolalytics and Coachless right now too - so I think it could work for Mel as well !

I hit Masters playing Enchanter Senna !

My OPGG

I think people are really sleeping on Enchanter Senna for some reason. You can sacrifice ~2k-10k Damage for 20k+ Healing, and 5k+ Shielding, while having ~3k Health to make mistakes with - the trade off is insanely worth it.

Enchanter Senna is also incredibly versatile than AD. I'd consider Helia and Diadem to be staples, then afterwards I can build whatever I want. Right now Staff of Flowing Waters is incredibly OP and it's hard to pass up. Otherwise I'd be spamming Locket and Knight's Vow as my third and fourth item.

While Moonstone is technically better - Diadem is less frustrating to use, and allows me to continue to play Senna forward, aiming Q on enemies rather than allies. Senna doesn't need more healing after those items, she needs more survivability.

Right now I'm trying to force Guardian + Conditioning - Bloodsong -> Black Cleaver -> Plated Steelcaps + Tear -> Helia -> Diadem -> SoFW / Locket; I'm just not performing how I would like to since I'm not used to playing with Master to GM players yet.

Guardian does about ~1k Shielding per ~10 minutes, while allowing me to go into Font of Life, Conditioning (Bone Plating is a bad meme), and Revitalise, or even Overgrowth. I've been really unimpressed with DFT numbers, and the difference between the two trees for me is Celerity vs Survivability.

I don't play Senna against Engage Supports, and that's when I go Rakan.

Apparently the Moonstone changes were a big buff

If you don't want to read the funny image:

Backslicer: >can you explain the moonstone change real quick?

Sky: >yeah so it double dipped on the Heal&Shield stat, but it also double dipped on the anti-heal & shield effects of grievous and serpents fang.

>So if you shield someone for 100 base, moonstone makes you shield a nearby ally for 30% of that, 30.

>But heal&shield power is a thing.

>So lets say you have 10% h/s power.

>100 becomes 110

>30% of 110 is 33. So moonstone makes someone shield for 33.

>But h/s applies again (double dip). 10% increase to 33 is ~37.

>It doesn't do that now. So technically, shields from moonstone are BARELY weaker (33 vs 37 here).

>But it no longer gets double effected by serpents fang. So before:

>110*0.5 = 55 for base shield

>So then 30% of that: ~17, +10% = 19

>And then THAT gets cut in half AGAIN to ~10.

>But now its only cut in half once:

>1100.5=550.3=16.5

>So now think about all of your standard enchanters that heal & shield. People ALWAYS buy greivous. Its standard.

>And unless you have 100% heal & shield power, which will NEVER happen, moonstone is now healing & shielding more against those targets every time.

>& the amount of base amount that is lost is nothing compared to the amount regained against greivous & shield cut.

>In addition, it now prioritizes the lowest health target.

>Its not just a buff. Its a big buff.

>A practical example is 20% heal & shield power, 350 base shield.

>Before Base: 3501.20.3*1.2=151

>After Base: 3501.20.3=126

>Before Fang: 3501.20.50.31.2*0.5=38

>After Fang: 3501.20.5*0.3=63

I can say as an Enchanter Senna and Rakan - Moonstone feels kind of bonkers right now, and I've always been a Diadem enjoyer.

Helia -> Moonstone -> SoFW is still really good on anyone who can abuse it.

Not Milio though, please stop building Helia on Milio.

More Supports should try out Doran's Helm !

Taken from the Coachless post:

Supports can now buy Doran’s items again after completing their Role Quest - and Helm is looking strong.

After its 26.10 buff from 110 -> 140 Health, Helm currently holds a +1.84 WPA over 13k Buys on Support.

For just 450g, it offers cheap durability with 140 health, 10 armor & 10 MR.

Along with tanks, we've also seen some enchanter players building it as in addition to the durability it can also help to round out Jack of All Trades stacks.

Pros are already on it as we've seen it picked up in Tier 1 games by players such as Kino & Vulcan.

However, Supports do not come by gold as easily as other roles so the trade off is later item spikes which could make or break team fights.

Do you think Helm is strong enough to justify picking up on Support?

- - -
I made a post a while ago talking about this, and the main comments were mostly about delaying items, or how it was troll.

I'd definitely recommend you guys to reconsider this item, because it's easily turned into one of my favourites these past few weeks. Being able to spike in survivability at ~15 minutes seems to be a lot better imo, and at most I'm delaying my second item by ~2 minutes.

Once I'm able to drop Black Cleaver this patch, I think I will consistently hit 2.5 to 3 items by 25 to 30 minutes, but at that point the game is already decided most times.

Buying Doran's Helm after completing the Support Quest, and first item - thoughts ?

I've been testing out buying a Doran's item after completing the Support Quest, and finishing my first item, and so far Doran's Helm has been an incredibly comfortable buy.

Normally I would always buy Dark Seal, but the extra health, and resists, on top of Plated Steelcaps, or Merc Treads has felt really good, and has allowed me to survive in even more situations than I shouldn't have.

Doran's Helm is also great to fill out Jack of All Trade stacks for only 450g, and next patch Riot is buffing Helm to give a little bit more health.

An example I found from someone else for Tank Supports:

Bandlepipes + Doran's Helm is only 2.7k Gold. The overall stats are: 310 HP, 30 Armor, 30 MR, 15 AH, 20 MS, 30% AS - which is about ~3.8k gold worth of stats +750g to every ally.

I think Tanks especially, and some of the squishier Supports could benefit a lot from picking up Doran's Helm rather than Dark Seal.

What are some of your thoughts about the item, or is it too troll ?
