My first IE compaign. 25th turn. Am I washed?

It's 25 turns. I don't really have any powerful units, I have just got second cavalry, while I'm being attacked by Ironbrow. Autoresolve showed me "Close defeat". I managed to win manually, but it was incredibly hard..

Did anyone try to make long hair?

Is sculpting long hairs with greenstuff only reasonable option? Or maybe there are suitable and cheap models from 40k/AOS that can be sacrificed for kitbash?

I want to make long wavy hair for Celestine and some other sister minis.
