Je vends sur Vinted depuis quelques mois, avec environ 49 transactions en 5 mois et une note de 5 étoiles. J’aimerais avoir vos avis sur une situation, car je ne sais pas trop quoi faire.

J’ai vendu un amplificateur audio à 30 €. L’article a été vendu sans télécommande. Je l’ai toujours eu sans télécommande moi-même, et je l’ai toujours utilisé manuellement, notamment avec la molette de volume. Avant l’envoi, je l’ai testé : l’ampli fonctionnait correctement, le son marchait bien et le volume pouvait être augmenté ou baissé manuellement avec la molette.

Je précise aussi que, lorsque je vends un article qui présente un défaut, je le mentionne toujours clairement dans l’annonce. Par exemple, j’ai déjà vendu une platine vinyle qui avait un petit défaut au niveau du bras, et je l’avais bien indiqué. L’acheteur de cette platine était satisfait et m’a même laissé un excellent commentaire. Je n’ai donc aucun intérêt à cacher un défaut quand il existe.

À préciser également : avant même l’achat, l’acheteur avait déjà été assez insistant pour que je modifie le format du colis afin qu’il puisse payer moins cher la livraison. J’ai trouvé l’échange un peu compliqué dès le départ, car il insistait beaucoup sur ce point.

L’acheteur a ensuite bien reçu l’amplificateur, mais il m’a écrit pour me dire qu’il y avait un problème avec le volume. En discutant avec lui, j’ai compris que le problème ne concernait pas la molette manuelle, mais sa propre télécommande. Il possède apparemment une télécommande d’un ancien ampli du même modèle, et il dit que cette télécommande fonctionne avec toutes les autres options de l’ampli, sauf pour augmenter ou baisser le volume.

Je lui ai demandé si le volume fonctionnait manuellement avec la molette, et il m’a répondu que oui. Il m’a aussi expliqué que, pour lui, c’était important de pouvoir régler le volume avec la télécommande, car il avait justement acheté le même modèle que celui qu’il possédait avant.

Ensuite, il m’a dit qu’il était allé chez un réparateur, et que celui-ci lui aurait indiqué qu’il faudrait nettoyer une certaine partie de l’amplificateur pour que la fonction volume fonctionne avec la télécommande. D’après lui, cette réparation coûterait environ 30 €, soit le prix auquel j’ai vendu l’ampli.

De mon côté, je n’ai jamais vendu l’ampli avec télécommande, je n’ai jamais indiqué qu’il avait été testé avec une télécommande, et je l’ai toujours utilisé sans. Pour moi, l’article correspond à ce qui a été vendu : un ampli fonctionnel, sans télécommande, avec le volume manuel qui fonctionne.

Le problème, c’est que si l’acheteur demande un retour à mes frais, cela risque de me coûter environ 15 à 20 €, alors que j’ai vendu l’ampli seulement 30 €. Je me demande donc si je devrais lui proposer un remboursement partiel pour éviter un litige ou un retour. Mais en même temps, je ne sais pas si je dois vraiment me sentir en tort, puisque le souci concerne une télécommande qui n’était pas incluse dans la vente (comme beaucoup d'anciens amplis vendu entre particuliers sur le net).

À votre avis, est-ce que je suis en tort ?
Est-ce que l’acheteur peut ouvrir un litige pour ça, alors que la télécommande n’était pas vendue avec l’ampli ?
Est-ce que je devrais proposer un remboursement partiel, refuser, ou attendre de voir s’il ouvre un litige ?

The turntable seems to work, but the stylus/needle looks broken. On the cartridge it says “M95EDM” (I attached a photo of it).

Would something like this work as a remplacement, or do I need a stylus from the exact same brand/manufacturer?

Also, if anyone knows good places in Europe/France where I can buy compatible replacement styli, I’d really appreciate recommendations. And if you’re not French but know references/models that are compatible and sound good, please let me know too.

She’d mainly like to use it for occasional breakouts/acne-prone skin, not as a replacement for a proper skincare routine or medical advice.

Also, if you tried one and felt it didn’t help much, I’d appreciate hearing that too. Any advice on what to look for or avoid would be really helpful.

I’m looking for recommendations for budget-friendly, lightweight over-ear headphones for my wife.

She’s not an audiophile and will use them occasionally, so comfort matters way more than sound quality.

Here are the main issues:

• She really hates ANC — the pressure feeling in her ears bothers her a lot
• So ideally no ANC at all (or something you can fully avoid)
• On-ear headphones don’t work for her, they don’t stay in place properly
• She tried my Sony XM4 and it hurts the bone under her ear after a while (so clamp force / padding is important)
• Even though they’re circumaural, she also said they make her ears feel hot pretty quickly
• Looking for something lightweight, since heavier headphones seem to make discomfort worse

Use case is just casual listening at home.

So I’m basically looking for:

• Over-ear (circumaural)
• Lightweight + comfortable (low clamp, soft pads, not too warm)
• No ANC
• Cheap / good value

Any suggestions or models to check out?
