Dose anyone know of any other tornados where the entire mesocyclone is scraping the ground?

Always found these kinds of tornados fascinating, I’d be interested to know the meteorology happening behind the scenes that create this kind of scenario.

Some funky lights in the forest last year

Some strange lights floating around behind the tree-line in the forest behind my house, This was on November 2nd 2025 at 3:06am (the sound turned out to be a deer walking by) should note that were properly in the forest not like city people forests

Mac machine acquired!

Got a pretty good deal on this microverb 4 and this thing is an indie toan machine, the physical delay is a bit wonky but not definitely not unusable and shoutout to the compression that this machine emits..

Tascam 38 has decided to stop working..?

My friend does not have Reddit but asked me to post this here, it’s a Tascam 38, does anyone have an idea what’s going on here?

"This is REAL. Yesterday's tornado was extraordinary, it happened to pass over Tulliby lake (AB, Canada) which gave us a look at the winds in a way almost never seen before." By The OTUS Project

From their description:

"One thing we did not anticipate during this flight was seeing a 360 double rainbow, we'll be posting more about this in the future as we review the footage."

.

"No words. Here is a peak at one of our most incredible drone flights around a #tornado to date near Tulliby Lake, AB.

The odds were completely stacked against us on this one, but thanks to some determination to make the 18 hour drive up here pulling an all-nighter, and brilliant forecasting by Nelson Tucker we were able to see this beauty.

This will likely be one of our last intercepts of the season, thank you so much to everyone for following along as we press on to properly measure tornadoes to push weather science forward!"

Day Hike up to Mount Ararat.. (Whitefish Falls, Ontario, Canada)

Probably one of the most underrated lookouts in all of Northern Ontario being tucked away in the back of a small town in the boonies, it has a great view overlooking the north channel and the bay of islands, the trails aren’t very packed in due to lack of use so it’s pretty easy to get lost, To experienced hikers it’ll only take around 3 hours give or take round trip but to the unexperienced its could to up to 3 hours just to reach the lookout so do be conscientious of your ability before deciding to do it on a whim.

Can anyone explain what’s going on here?

I’ve never seen a circular boundary like this before.

What kind of fan(ish) aerial is this?

Was messing around and started getting whatever kind of aerial this is somewhat consistently, curious to know what it is?
