Does b12 deficiency causes intenese muscle weakness and pain in both legs and arms that get worse with minimum effort or walking ?and improves after you rest for hours or days?

Myasthenia gravis cause breathing symptoms

So is it a respiratory problem as if you go to the pneumologist you will find something wrong in RFT or is it just tightness and nothing shows up ?

So I've been chronically sick since 2014 started with daily headache and migraines and gi issues and then developed neurological symptoms that progressed over time

I've been seeing doctors and each time i tell them my symptoms the first thing they ask is why I'm not married and they say I'm not sick and it's all in my head it's depression

And no my family are convinced that it's all because im single

My tests are abnormal emg (myelopathy ) Homocysteine 30 and Ferritin 6 and they dismissed all these tests because my mri is normal <only one doctor gave me b12 injection >

I was having a very healthy life before my health decline in 2024 i was eating healthy workout dancing do medication yoga and i had good social circle going out all the time and having fun and enjoying life

Now i don't know what to do if left without diagnosis !

I went to a pneumologist for my allergy symptoms and he referred me to an internist and he told me that my nervous system is dysregulated and that i need to do a breathing 3 times a day in order to heal 😐

Ps my symptoms are migraine and intense gastrointestinal issues and facial swelling and i react to food ,medication and chemical odors / products and bee products and dust

Vitamin b 12 was 300 and Ferritin was 6 then i started taking iron pills and Vitamin b12 injection for a month and half now and my b12 is > 1000 and Ferritin 40 . Isn't ferritin supposed to be lower instead of raising ?

So i went to hematologist today and she told me that b12 = 350 is not deficient and he is not to blame for my neurological symptoms. I asked why my Homocysteine is high 30 then and she said it is because you have inflammation.mind you all my blood test for inflammation are negative.so she proposed to re test my b12 and said if it's not low she will confirm I don't have deficiency

Ps: i have been taking injection for a month and half now so logically it's going to be high i don't understand her logic

No evidence of myopathy.

No evidence of chronic polyradiculoneuropathy on the studies you posted.

Emg doc conclusion :Electrophysiological findings suggest a dorsolumbar myelopathy involving the anterior and posterior spinal cord columns, of an axonal-demyelinating nature (with bilateral involvement of the anterior and posterior cord pathways). Correlation with biological/laboratory data is recommended (degenerative myelopathy or myelopathy secondary to another etiology?).
