Injuries
Can we all mutually agree this is by far and away the worst season with injuries we’ve ever seen?

Hi all! I am a 20yo Male from PA and just wanted to get some advice on my current situation with my diet.
In January I was about 216lbs when I started going to the gym Monday - Thursday hitting basic splits with no cardio or a training. At this time I wasn’t really dieting I was more so just letting myself have 2 meals a day and no snack.
I only did this “diet” until Friday then I would come home from school and eat whatever I desired.
I did this till about March and noticed I had lost some weight very slowly but I was around 207 pounds. Now I know I said I was 216 when I started but this weight was right after dinner on a January night right after holidays. Needless to say my body was packed!
But that’s when I started looking at the scale a ton and made a goal to hit 200 by the start of may which was the end of college for the semester. Which then began my start of counting calories.
I found it really easy to adapt and be more hard on myself at school because I was always busy! Some days I would eat one meal a day! Obviously not good but I was really determined to lose weight.
Fast forward and at the start of my first week in may I was 199lbs! I was so excited! It gave me so much motivation and I I was so happy.
So I continued my routine that week then moved back home and continued when I got back home for 1 week.
After that first week back home I went on vacation and after about a day of vacation I decided I would let myself off my diet to enjoy myself! I totally deserved It I had busted my butt and got to my goal. So I enjoyed the week of vacation and came back and weighed myself on Monday and I was like 198.4 so I was down slightly but I didn’t gain anything. But nothing was ever the same after this point. Things started getting really really hard. I would cut my weeks short and cut my diet off on Wednesdays and then binge and I could just never be perfect like I was.
This persisted until today when I couldn’t take the mental anguish and constant failing with my diet and I decided I just needed to take a break. But as you can see feeding myself more food has not helped as I’m still typing this post.
I just really don’t know what to do. All I can think about all the time is food and how guilty I feel if I sit and eat without thinking about anything. It doesn’t feel right I mean I still have goals I want to hit I just wanted to wait Untill I went back to college in 5 weeks to try and keep going but now I feel like I want to start again. There is so much confusing and I really just don’t know what to do. I would really appreciate some guidance here❤️

So I’ve been working out hard about 4 days a week since January 12th, initially I was just making it about going to the gym no diet included.
Then after about a month I switched to just keeping track of meals during the week. So no counting calories because I always struggled with that. Basically I was just allowing myself 2 meals a day from my college cafeteria and no snacks Monday - Thursday. I did that for a really long time about April before I really started watching the scale hard. (Bad habit I know)
When I started this I was 215 pounds and wanted to be 200 before the end of the semester hence why I started really watching my weight towards the end of the semester. But I floated around 204 ish for a while and college ended like may 7th so I was running out of time.
I began tracking calories with the app lose it and then I got over the 200 hump which I was super proud of!
It’s been a while now and ever since I returned home from school I’ve been consistently working out but my diet has been a wreck. Trying to adapt to not eating school foods and not being as busy is making it harder for me to diet. To clarify during the semester I was only really watching my food Monday - Thursday, on the weekends I didn’t binge but if I craved chocolate I ate some or if I wanted to dig into a bag of chips I let myself. It was just so on the weekends I wasn’t thinking about a hard diet this is how I was able to sustain it for so long.
But now I’m sitting at about 193 - 196 range depending and I’ve been struggling so I want to change things up. I don’t mind tracking calories anymore it’s pretty easy now. I want to get to 175 but I need to have a sustainable plan to get there. I don’t track macros or anything like that idc what I eat I just watch my calories and maximize protein intake. Is there a way where I can get to 175 while having Saturday and Sunday to not think about my diet.
I’m aiming for about 1600 calories Monday - Friday but not sure how to calculate what my weekly calorie intake should be.
Anyways hopefully someone can help me out thank you!
So I don’t see a lot of people talking about this. But this a frame that takes place once Mary enters the complex looking for Clark. It pans to this shot behind the stop sign and we see a body in the dark. This was not present in this shot earlier in the film. Whose body is this? And how long has Clark been in the backrooms at this point?
