Moving huge amount of dirt

Good evening all.

Insoected a home last Saturday. It's a 2 storey house. Upper level have beautiful 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 1 bathroom.

Bottom is in two parts, first part have some kind of media/entertainment space. But the second part is filled with huge amount of soil. It does looks hardened so might be there since ages. It doesn't looks like split block.

It may be around 30-40 cubic metre dirt. Surprisingly it is directly touching external wall. I am suspecting it might damage the wall in future . Property drive way is steep uphill and no equipment can access bottom part where the dirt is. Only option is move it with wheelbarrow.

It checks every tick boxes for us. We were thinking, if we can move dirt, we might get good space for office room and another bathroom.

But curious, how costly it will be to move this dirt. Can someone give me a ball park figure? I know it's very difficult to get a number sight unseen. But trying my luck here. I didn't take any pictures, my bad.

It's steep driveway, no access to machine, wheelbarrow access only, 30-40 cubic metre dirt. Property is in inner city Brisbane City council, Qld.

Thanks in advance.

If you are in Australia and looking to get one, this is the response I got from au.amazefit.com (I guess they are official distributors).

For this price, it's a solid piece of fitnes tracker.
