Does the disgust ever go away?

In university, I had something, that I'm now pretty sure, was an eating disorder, but never went to any specialist.

It got better, when I got anxiety meds for unrelated reason. My relationship with food got way better, I stopped lying about eating, it went a bit in the other direction with binging, but I mostly manage, now, when I understand what's going on.

What never changed, is the irrational hatred and disgust to my body.

I had it, since I was a child, only time, I didn't hate my body so much, was, when I was unhealtely thin. Now, when I'm way healthier, it's back. I know it isn't rational, and that I shouldn't feel that way. And that makes me feel guilty for feeling like that.

But I feel this red hot rage, every time I see myself in mirror or on pictures. I even thought if it's gender dysphoria, but I'm pretty sure it's the ED.

Did it ever went away with time for any of you? Whatever I do, it never changes. I can't remove it with better habits or with logic.

Tomorrow I'm going back to work and I'm afraid

Hi,

I need to talk with someone who gets me and rant.

I've been home on medical leave after having worsening anxiety, compared to my baseline.

My doctor gave me few weeks off. Now I'm going back and I'm scared. I'm rested now, but nothing profoundly changed, I'm worried I'll be back in a week or two.

Also I'm pretty sure my boss will yell at me and I don't take confrontation well. Logically, I know the worst thing, that could happened is, that I'll cry and go home. But I'm still scared, and about to puke.

How do you deal with work stuff, colleagues and bosses?

Realistic skin tones

Hello,

Do you have some tips for choosing diverse and realistic skin tones?

My light skinned characters tend to look the same, but I have issues with my dark skinned protagonist. She just looks off, she is always too orange or too grey. I want her to be a bit cool toned, because she wears lots of black and it would look better, but I'm not set on it.

Drama in my custom save

The guy, Anh, aged to YA yesterday. And after final yelling match with his father, he moved in with local criminal and cult leader, Vera, to pursue future as a hacker. So much for giving your kids a good future.

And the baby? He is Vera's son with the local f**kboy, who already has six kids with four women. Also, baby daddy's current wife just joined Vera's cult. I see lots more drama in the future.

Only the cat is innocent, just a little bit creepy.

I need talk through my character personality, give me your opinions

This is Luke, he's 19, studies computer science or engineering. What I know about him is that he is smart, introverted, and very levelheaded. He likes games like, Skyrim, Assassin's Creed or Witcher, he's a big nerd. And alsto very normal human, for now.

I have a better idea about his future. He will become a Hunter (WoD) and will be his party's 'dad'. His place in the dynamic is the voice of reasons. The reason for the change is, that his girlfriend will be killed by supernatural something.

My idea for his far future is suburban dad, with an arsenal in his basement, who is willing to kill anything, endangering his kids. But I can also see him as an outdoorsman, living in some cabin, somewhere.

I need to troubleshoot his personality now, before everything went of. Plus, he looks pretty plain in comparison to other characters.
