I found this in ebay for $30.
Required a lot of fitment to get the left panel on and I probably took off too much material but hey. Seems stable.
100% infill 3D printed.
The goal is a DP Kydex rail when they figure out US shipping but this works. I have to trim that bolt now.
Points for trying but this thing is not it.
I know this is a weird first choice but in my defense it was on sale and I've always liked unusual firearms.
I thought it'd be cool to get some Mexican grips for my Series 80 .38 Super.
I'm really not impressed. Gold "plating" is electroplate if that. Uneven and off in places. Grips themselves are poorly made. Holes kinda don't line up, sprue on them still. Provided screws are utter trash. Really soft and too large so they come down on the outside of the holes and you can't tighten them in. The screws you see are from the Colt medallion Pachs this came with.
I don't know if I'm leaving them on or not. I'd live with it if these were an Aliexpress special I paid $20 for, but for $170 and allegedly being handmade I feel like the quality is severely lacking.
Online reviews seem good but I'm posting so you guys don't get ripped off.
I mean this is the gun, Colt 38 Super, you'd think they'd be a perfect fit.
I can't set it up. Trackball won't move down for me.
So I messed up some software pretty bad on my uConsole, decided to remove the SSD reformat and put it back in. Now when I boot it can't see it at all. Booting off of the SD card is fine but when I'm in Pi OS I can't see the SSD at all. Checking with the back off during boot I don't see the power light coming on at all.
Is the 5v ribbon cable damaged somehow that I can't see? I don't know what else it could be at this point.

So this tank feels like "We have T-62 at home" I get it's a rammer and has a slow but it just doesn't seem to be nearly as good.
Anybody having success playing it? I just don't get this tank.

Olight Baldr S light with blue laser (I know Olight gets a lot of hate but this was 1000% easier to install than Streamlights, it was also on sale for $80)
Galloway Precision flat trigger (fixes the worst thing about this gun).
MCARBO sear spring
Crimson Trace RAD green dot (the one that's on sale at PSA for $50 every week) mounted on a Squad Rail which is see through so you can still use your irons.

It's no Glock but I'm having fun shooting it. Definitely accurate.
Just picked it up yesterday. Planning on adding wooden grips and Galloway trigger, and Crimson Trace dot as soon as the pic rail adapter shows up in the mail. Also shopping for a laser/light combo and will probably get an Olight.
