Tampa Vs Phoenix

Im considering moving out west and think ive settled on phoenix/Scottsdale. I used to live in the northeast, small town but an hour from a city I just couldnt do the winters anymore so i moved to florida 2 years ago. I quickly learned that florida traffic is unbearable and its not even tampa its everywhere you go even if i try for a getaway its just 4-5 hours of straight traffic. The warm weather has never bothered me but its impossible to have a laid back life in tampa without maybe living very far out and then having to drive 2 hours to work ( because of the traffic). Im 25 so I feel like i cant keep moving around but feel like I need a change again because florida just isnt it. Ive considered the panhandle but Im not to sure theres much work up there for me because I have to live close to an affluent area because I am in the finance industry and just currently got my CFP.

Any thoughts on cities or if the Phoenix area could be what I was looking for?

How much would 1 commerical improve the player base of TTCC

TTCC is superior to TTR in every single way. A game is meant to improve not stay the same for 20 years. Ive always been curious tho if a commerical was ever made ( It wouldnt because of legal reasons) how big of an effect it would have on the game overrall. There needs to be a way the team behind ttcc figures out there biggest problem and that is getting there player base back to an AVG 1000 online.

Harmon Kardon Sound system sounds awful how to fix

I just bought a 2021 arteon with the harman kardon sound system and I’m not impressed. the front speakers are great but even when I put the slider to the back it sounds awful and there’s a huge difference in sound from the front and back speakers and it’s always noticeable like something is missing. Any ideas on how to fix the rear speakers? Or the system in general

Update: I finally figured it out my trunk subwoofers were unplugged

Does this price make sense for a used car with 66k miles

I feel like I’m getting screwed here because there’s so much added fees, they won’t even bother to do any negotiation over the phone. It’s been on lot for 80 days it is technically a “certified pre owned” it’s a 2021 VW arteon r line premium. The “optional” features also are not optional because they already put it on the car they said.

What the fuck is up with this shit

Brawl stars has become so trash. Shit isn’t even fun anymore because of the grind of trophy inflation. It was better when there was an end goal of 100k total trophies. Have had this game for 5 years and the new events are all shit.

2019 Jetta SEL 44k miles, dealership barely budged on price.

Title says it all out the door was 18500, would only lower it to 18000 so i walked out, they had about 2k of fees on there and i wanted it for 16500 out the door. what do yall think?
