To give you some context, matagal ko talagang pinagdarasal na makahanap ng wfh job para eventually makapag-resign na sa stable job ko na 13 years na rin. okay naman siya dahil stable, pero wala na rin masyadong growth at increase kaya gusto ko na sana mag-transition sa remote work.

ngayon, nakakuha ako ng direct client, which is something na matagal ko ring hinintay. pero honestly, parang gusto ko nang sumuko agad. sabi kasi ng mga co-va ko, medyo micromanage daw yung client. tipong halos lahat chine-check, madalas mag-follow up, at gusto updated siya sa halos bawat ginagawa. may mga pagkakataon din daw na delayed ang sahod at sobrang daming meetings. bilang introvert, dun pa lang kinakabahan na ako.

sorry kung parang ang dami kong reklamo, pero kahit pilitin ko, grabe talaga yung kaba ko bago mag-shift. minsan iniisip ko baka normal lang ito kasi first time ko magkaroon ng direct client at hindi pa ako ganun ka-confident sa communication skills ko. pero kapag naririnig ko rin yung experiences ng mga co-va ko, lalo akong nag-aalala.

sabi nila, kapag nagta-trantrums daw yung boss, hinahayaan na lang nila at pinapalabas sa kabilang tenga. kaso ako kasi, medyo matatakutin at mabilis mataranta. madali akong mag-overthink at naaapektuhan sa mga ganung bagay.

ang hirap tuloy malaman kung adjustment period lang ba ito dahil bago pa ako, o sign na hindi talaga okay yung setup. umabot na sa point na kahit weekends hindi ko ma-enjoy nang maayos kasi iniisip ko na agad na papasok na naman kinabukasan.

siguro nadadagdagan din yung stress ko dahil pakiramdam ko kailangan kong bantayan lagi yung bawat galaw ko para walang magawang mali. hindi ko alam kung epekto lang ba ito ng micromanagement o dahil bago pa lang talaga ako sa ganitong setup.

hindi ko talaga alam kung ano ang dapat kong gawin.

Prblem/Goal: Resign and to look for new job.

Nag resign ako sa stable work ko kasi looking talaga ako ng WFH, ang tagal ko din bago nakahanap..kaso eto na nga nag start na ako sa new role ko , direct client kaso bat parang hinde ako masaya huhuh, alam ko naman ang hirap maghanap ng work ngayon kaso kinakabahan ako everytime papasok ako , pag malapit na shift ko nalulungkot ako waahhhhh ayaw ko ng gantong feeling ,nangyari na sakin to noon nung bata bata pa ako pero ayun awol agad kasi wala pa naman responsbilities sa buhay ngayon nde na pwede ganun... huhuhuh. ang sad lang kasi ung boss ko o client ko parang style BPO daming ek ek , daming meetings at required pumasok ngisang weekedn though paid naman pero ayaw ko ng ganun sana , nalulungkot lng ako , pero wag kayo magalit sakin appreciate ko naman at nagkawork ako agad pero nde ko alam , nahihirapan ako sa nararamdaman ko,, may tantrums din kasi ang boss ko aside sa senior na sya eh lageng mahabang meetings at hinde aware sa time,minsan extend ka pa, kaya nga sana ako ng wfh
