Any ideas on this piece? I got it from a thrift store and I’m wondering if there’s a chance that it could be some form of Sterling silver. I don’t see any number markings on it. I’m unable to take the ship totally off the stand because it’s screwed in.

I took a chance on a free scooter. It’s an EcoReco brand. I plugged in a aftermarket charger b/c the original was sparking. Anyways, after charging, everything turned on, except, of course, the motor. Also, the battery indicator did not show up on the screen. Any reasonable suggestions or lost cause

I have an older style hoop that has been leaning from its original concrete base. It’s in pretty good shape (despite some rusting). I wanna reuse it & move it to my new house. What are my options to do this? Cut at concrete base and then what? I’d prefer to put a base plate on it if possible.
